Venture into the outdoor oasis, where a resort-style pool with a cascading rock waterfall beckons, accompanied by hot tubs, a charming fire pit, grill, and outdoor games for endless enjoyment.



The Space:

Step into luxury as you enter West End Lodge, where plush couches invite you to sink in and relax in front of a large flat-screen TV. The open layout seamlessly transitions into the dining room, adorned with a table for eight, creating the perfect setting for memorable meals and lively conversations. The adjacent full kitchen boasts a huge island and gleaming stainless steel appliances, catering to all your culinary needs and desires.



Retreat to the master bedroom, where a comfortable king bed awaits, promising nights of blissful sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, offering a luxurious start or end to your day. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds, providing cozy havens for rest and relaxation. They share a second full bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.



Ascend to the loft space, where the fourth bedroom awaits. Doubling as a game room, it offers a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. A pool table and cozy couch invite you to unwind and enjoy leisurely moments, while a full bathroom with a walk-in shower adds convenience.



Step outside to the covered patio, overlooking the resort-style pool with rock waterfalls and sun loungers, beckoning you to bask in the sun and serenity. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a sauna and spa for soothing sessions. Additionally, there's a spa attached to the pool for added comfort. For a more private retreat, there's even a spa outside the master bedroom. Gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars or dine al fresco in the outdoor dining area.

Unwind on the sofa, which conveniently pulls out to reveal a queen-sized sleeper, perfect for accommodating additional guests. Relax and rejuvenate in the king bed of the West End Nest, enveloped in soft linens and plush pillows. The full bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, while the private shaded patio beckons with a hot tub and seating for two, offering a tranquil space to unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. Fire up the grill for a meal al fresco, creating unforgettable memories in this idyllic retreat.



Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:



Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee of $155.00 +tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available provided via email.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
