Wifi didn't work, I listed this as an issue in the app and never received a response. Beds were extremely creaky, any sudden move and you could hear it. We really appreciated the dominos and cards. Could have had more blankets.

We arrived at the property approximately one hour after the scheduled check-in time following a four-hour drive, expecting it to be clean and ready. Unfortunately, the house was dirty, untidy, and clearly unprepared for guests. This was not a minor oversight—it was unsuitable for check-in.As a result, our plans to shower and head into town for dinner were completely disrupted, and we ultimately had to cancel our dinner reservation. Traveling with two young children, this situation caused unnecessary stress, delays, and frustration after a long day of travel.While the host did respond and eventually sent cleaners, the damage to our first night in town was already done. The experience significantly impacted the start of our stay and was very inconvenient, especially given that we arrived after the official check-in time.

Cute but not completely accurate

While it’s close to Main st it’s still 20-30 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants. Also the AC is locked to not go below 72 degrees which means the house can get stagnant air depending on the ambient temp. The listing also said it had a hair dryer but doesn’t. We had to go out and buy one, otherwise we would’ve brought our own if the listing was correct. The management company has been giving me the run around for over a week regarding rectifying the mistake on their end but unfortunately no resolution. But it is a cute and quiet property.

A Perfect Girls' Weekend Getaway in a Charming Rental Property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful rental property for a girls' weekend getaway, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The interior was tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The rooms were well-appointed, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to enjoy meals together. We were pleasantly surprised by the community's genuine hospitality and eagerness to share recommendations on where to eat and which vineyards to explore. The community's suggestions proved invaluable, guiding us to hidden culinary gems and must-visit vineyards. William Chris Vineyards and Hill & Vine are absolute must-visits! In conclusion, our girls' weekend getaway was an absolute delight, thanks in no small part to the wonderful rental property and the welcoming community that surrounded it. This property and its surroundings offer a perfect blend of relaxation, exploration, and genuine connections for an unforgettable trip.

Lovely time in Fredericksburg

This property was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. We loved our time there. A bit further from the main areas of downtown than we thought, so we had to Uber, but the property is fabulous.

Wonderful house

This house is one of the loveliest places we've stayed in througout the years. The property was very clean with everything one would need for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet, a few thousand steps away from the city hall. Check-in and check-out instructons were clear. We even received a text message with the door code when it was clear we would be arriving in the dark (very thoughtful). Will be coming back for sure.

Nice and convenient house

Everything was very nice about this property. Location and cleanliness was great. Furniture wasn’t as pictured but ok. Used some of the dishes from the cabinet which weren’t clean but able to wash them before use. Overall property was nice.

Our stay in FBG

House was very good--the response from owners/management group was outstanding. A couple of things you might need to take care of: 1) garage was a mess with bed frames, chairs, etc that made it hard to park our vehicle and get in and out of the car safely; 2) deadbolt on door from house to garage didn't work; 3) no lights on the outside were on when we arrived late in the evening--need to put on a time of some sort; 4) the street number/address of the house was very difficult to see in the dark; 5) there was no blanket or comforter on any of the beds--seemed a bit undecorated around the house; 6) the chair in the family room was stained and needed to be cleaned or replaced; 7) no shower door to main bedroom

Nice neighborhood, nice house, clean and quiet area. It is away from the shopping areas, but they are a short drive away. It would be a long walk to the Main Street shopping area.

It was my wife’s 50th birthday and she wanted a get away with us and our three adult kids with their significant others - this place was perfect! Very clean & convenient to all things in Fredericksburg. Check in & out was easy and stress free. Made for a great weekend.
