What a wonderful place. The place was much larger then expected. Lots of cute little places to escape and tuck away into. But also large areas where we could all easily gather together.

My friends and I stayed here this weekend and it was perfect! The location to town was so nice as well. The pool was sparkling clean and the backyard is massive!! The gameroom area is so fun! We will definitely be back!

Get property feedback prior to booking

We were very disappointed that the photos did not match up to the outdoor space. We rented the home with intentions of having a pool day. The pool was so dirty we could not get in it. After reaching out to management on Friday, they did send someone out, but they did not arrive until late Saturday evening and the pool was still in bad shape after and not swimmable. The umbrellas were laying on the grounds, pool lounge chairs torn up. Defiantly not kept up. The home does have a rat or mice infestation. The Noice of them running and scratching in the walls kept us up and we did not sleep well at all. We had to knock on the wall to get them to scatter off so we could try and sleep. One night we slept downstairs in the living room to try and get some rest. I was very disappointed for the amount we paid for the two days stay and would not have booked this home had I knew the outdoor condition and the rat infestation. I have requested at a minimal, half of our amount paid back. I believe this is more than fare and hope the property management does the right thing.

Disappointed stay

The house was not ready to use. Water hose in back of house was broke and flooded back yard took 48 hrs to shut it off. Waste of water. Hot tub didn’t work and toilet upstairs didn’t work. Messy outside and kitchen was substandard. I do not recommend. I had to fix and clean entire home during my stay.

Fredericksburg stay

Very nice! Old home with lots of character. A few minor issues (light bulb, etc.) which most were addressed and corrected while we were there. Enjoyed our time there!

Nice place

My family of 5 enjoyed the spacious rooms and that everyone had their own. We had an initial issue with the wifi at the house but once we contacted Cozi it was resolved quickly. I would recommend posting the secure wifi somewhere visible instead of assuming the unsecured is good enough for the guests.

Summer stay

Dirty pool, broken hot tub

The property was dirty. Pool was not maintained, leaves and dead bugs floating in the pool. The hot tub filter cover was broken, as were other components. House just seemed dirty overall, we left early so we could head back to our home in Lakeway so we could shower before continuing our weekend activities. Disappointing experience.

Girls weekend

Great, cozy house that we had a girls' getaway weekend. The house was cozy and warm, with memories of childhood of my grandmother's house -- I believe they were built close in time. Parking was great out front, and had it not been cold and raining;/windy, we probably would have enjoyed the front porches more. Great weekend and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the house. Great pool area. Plenty of space. I might suggest switching out the shower head in the bathroom upstairs. Otherwise no problems at all. We had a great time!

The location is the best thing about this place. They could make it a lot better if they cleaned the outside. The balcony looked like it never been clean. Outside by pool was very dirty. Grill and kitchen are pretty nasty. Pool is stained. Only 8 towels provided for 8 guests. They could make this place great if they just cleaned up.

The house good. The pool and hot tub were nice. I was disappointed in the kitchen. All the pans were old and dirty looking. Not everything we need was there. It said that coffee and tea were provided. We have 5 adults and 2 teens there for a 2 night stay and all that was there was 3 keurig pods. Seemed over priced for the home.
