Had areas to walk dog but on a fairly busy street. Host was very helpful with an alarm whiich malfunctioned. The decor was simple and very well thought through. We had some issues figuring out how to access TV programs but we are 70 and have no experience with streaming channels. There were simple instructions but not enough for our limited tech savviness.

My husband and I stayed at the Guesthouse and had a very relaxing time. It was very clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely with a vintage vibe. The neighborhood was very quiet and not far from Main St. and all of the restaurants, shops, and Tasting Rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very good and in an excellent neighborhood that felt safe. It was as advertised . There is no kitchen to cook in but there’s a microwave and a small refrigerator, which is all I wanted. The soaking tub was really nice.

Great location...quiet and peaceful yet close to great restaurants! The interior is very attractive with wooden floors and a Southwestern and hill county feel. Highly recommend this great guest house!

Perfect stay for R&R

Our stay was very relaxing and quiet but just close enough to anything we wanted to do! The place itself was very charming and just enough modern amenities to make us comfortable but the charm of an old, cozy cabin. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

Cozy and quaint and really love the antique decor, the pillows and bed were very comfortable great location and we really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for weekend stay.

Comfy Bed!

We enjoyed our stay at Tx Two Step! It was a cute, rustic, and unique guesthouse with a big comfy bed! We watched TV from the bed since it was more comfy than the couch. We would recommend this location for short stays in Fredericksburg.

Perfect Getaway

Fun in Fredericksburg

The homeowners were very nice and helpful. The house had a good layout. My only suggestion would be to replace the large couch. It was very hard. A comfortable couch would have made the family room cozier! The location was awesome with easy access to Main Street.

Excellent Cozi stay just off the strip in Fredericksburg

This property was clean and super easy to check in. Nice bonus that there was usuable silverware if you needed and a coffee maker for my wife. I will say the property is larger inside than I expected which is a pleasant bonus. We stayed for two nights and will absolutely be back.

Anniversary trip

We had a wonderful stay. The texas 2 step was clean and very welcoming. A great space for 2 people. Charming with all the essentials and added special touches. I highly recommend this place

Great Getaway

We loved our stay in this charming cottage. Great location in a quiet tucked away neighborhood. It is bigger than we expected and very cute inside. Easy check in and out and great communication from owner! Definitely recommend for a couples getaway!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Cute, roomy accommodations, close enough to downtown Fredericksburg for us, that we walked into town and avoided the crazy weekend traffic.
