Cute house!

"Conveniently located! The house met our expectations overall. While we would have rated it 5 stars, the jacuzzi was excessively hot, making it unusable for my family and me. I alerted the property management to prevent the next guests from encountering the same issue. Apart from that, the property has a charming and cozy vibe. Just a friendly reminder to verify the jacuzzi's temperature before hopping in. The jacuzzi’s thermostat was set to only 90 degrees, BUT the plastic on the headrests appears as if it were melting.

Large house 2 blocks from Main Street

Clean, spacious, well decorated house just 2 blocks from main street. Check in and check out was easy. There were only 2 of us and it would have been comfortable with twice that many or more. The only reason for 4 stars was a spotty internet connection and having to wait 24 hours to use the hot tub as it was not functional when we arrived. Management fixed all the issues, but our trip was half done by that point. They did provide us complimentary wine as an apology.

Nice property

Property was very nice. Decor tastefully done. Got to be the first to try out new sofa that was delivered during our stay. We thought it a little over priced for it’s location. Hard for us older people to walk to shops and restaurants. Fortunately, it was easy to find parking on Main Street.

We loved the house! It was really cute! It was open on the first floor so when I was in the kitchen, everyone else was watching TV. It was great for all of us to be together! It was also close to downtown- It was a great experience- !!! Thank you! Lynn Casper

Cute home walking distance to downtown

This was a very clean and well-designed home. The pictures do it justice. They were very quick to respond to and solve an issue we had. Only two dings. The washing machine was not working and we were not told in advance. We didn't stay long so it didn't end up causing an issue. The other issue was that the pictures and description did not give the whole context to the property. It is on a shared lot with another home and guest home so it did not feel private. Otherwise, it was a beautiful home in a great location.

Great property/location, poor cleanliness/management

The house and location are great. However, when we arrived the house was clearly not cleaned well with stains/hairs on the sheets, toilets, used shampoo/lotion, etc. The property management had to send someone out at night to clean it again. Additionally, the thermostat had a limit programmed on it and we could not set it higher at night and we were freezing both nights of our stay. Management did not address this despite numerous contacts. Finally, when we requested an hour later checkout, we were denied saying the cleaning crew needed adequate time to clean the place (ironic considering that had not occurred for our stay). Bottom line, Cozi property management ruined what otherwise was a great property and location.

Disappointed with Cozi Mgmt of property.

Though the home itself was lovely, the management of the property soured our experience. We arrived a few minutes ahead of our check-in time to drop off vehicles and found the house was not cleaned at all. Cleaning crews were at the neighboring house and informed us that ours was not scheduled to be cleaned because they were told it wasn't to be rented. To their credit, they began to quickly work on the house to get it ready. When I informed Cozi mgmt of this, the response I got was "the cleaning staff gave you the wrong information" and that "since we don't just clean our houses, we sanitize them, the cleaning team is taking an additional 15 minutes longer than expected." Expecting the house to be ready by 4:15, we left to kill time around town. We arrived back at the house after 5pm and it was still not ready. A deep clean was not what we walked into. There was still make-up and hand prints on the bathroom doors from the previous renters. I know the cleaning crew worked feverishly to get things ready (and they were deeply apologetic about the house not being ready upon our arrival), but in their haste we were left without coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags or enough bath/hand towels to last the duration of our stay. In addition to that, mgmt did not inform us that the washing machine was broken ahead of our arrival. We would've happily washed a load of towels if the machine was working. Overall, disappointed with Cozi's management. I do not plan to rent another property managed by Cozi. If you plan on renting this house, I suggest you check with mgmt ahead of time on availability of the amenities shown on the listing.

There is no fireplace as shown in amenities .. House behind property is sketchy . There was no coffee, cream or sugar , had to call property management to be delivered.

Great little house w/ great location.

This was a perfect property for 2 couples looking for a relaxing wine weekend. Close to Main Street and the ladies thought it was so cute. Would definitely stay here again.

So charming!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Perfect distance from the Main Street. Cell phone service is a bit touchy since it’s outside a large city, so just be prepared for that. Would love to stay again.

Great Place

We loved the openness and cleanliness of the house. The location was good. If there was a downside, it was that we could not find a toaster and the hot tub was too hot to get in (108 degrees). However, we really liked the house.

Great house and close to Main

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for family of 4. Kids had their own space upstairs. It was hot when we stayed, so we enjoyed watching movies in the comfortable living area during the day. Would definitely rent this house again.
