So cute, clean, quaint, rustic and not only makes you feel like you are in original old town Fredericksburg but is literally only steps away from all the shops and restaurants. Great coffee shop across the street!!! Sitting on the front porch in the morning with coffee and evening with wine was sublime and never turned on the TV once!!!! AWESOME PLACE and Host was gracious too!!!

My daughter and I stayed here as a stop on our road trip. This was the perfect location for exploring downtown Fredericksburg! It’s one block/street off Main Street and close to the park and restaurants. We walked everywhere and had no trouble with parking. The property is so charming and well decorated as the wildflower cottage! It’s like something out of a fairy tale. We enjoyed sitting in the garden area and the rocking chairs on the porch. It has a comfortable bed and pillows plus a hot shower and cool AC. Our host was quick to communicate. The house was clean and comfortable plus I love that it has a unique story and history. The kitchen is very basic but had everything we needed for our stay. It’s really a nice place and our positive experience with our host made me want to book with her at other properties. Definitely recommend for a romantic getaway or a small girls group. I’m really glad we stayed here!

The cottage is so charming with attention to special details that make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. It was the perfect place to stay for our time in Fredericksburg! The bed was comfortable as was relaxing on the sofa planning our next day out. It’s a great location for walking to all the restaurants, shops and the Pacific War museum on and off Main Street.

Review:We had such a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and welcoming. The home had all the little touches that made it feel special—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful décor that gave it a warm, inviting feel. The location was ideal, close to Main Street and wineries, yet still quiet and peaceful for relaxing evenings.We especially loved sipping coffee on the front porch. The hosts were attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a Fredericksburg retreat!

This is a very charming cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is so well thought out and has so much character.Location is great! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the Internet did not work at all during our stay. It was a bit of an inconvenience because we had a few things to work on. We do hope to stay in this cottage again!!

Quaint. Period decor fun. Location was great with all town walkable. Clean but did have a cockroach on floor, but dead. Things to improve: towels were must moldy smelly; couldn't use outside, although would have liked to, but too many biting bugs, ie., mosquitos... a spray periodically would be appreciated by guests; coffee maker was not cleaned, still had old water in it. Having guests wash and put away the dishes just gave me the creeps...who knows how other people hand wash dishes?! I was assuming that the dishes were taken off and sanitized in a dishwasher and returned. Good little refrigerator and shower.
