The host were amazing. Communication was great. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home. Space was perfect for four adults. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed setting out and watching the birds and squirrel come out in the mornings and the deer in the evening. Just beautiful.We will always try to book here when in this area.

We just wrapped up the most incredible girls' trip at this beautiful home, and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd made the perfect choice. The location was absolutely ideal ! Close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting that felt like our own private retreat. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, which meant everything to us as a group of women traveling together. The home itself exceeded every expectation. It was immaculately clean, thoughtfully appointed and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Every detail had clearly been considered with guests in mind. But truly, the star of the show was the patio and poolside set-up. There's something magical about starting the day with coffee and conversation poolside, the morning sun warming everything around us. Those peaceful breakfast moments, before the day really got going, ended up being some of our most cherished times together. This property gave us the gift of quality time together in a stunning space where we could truly relax and reconnect. Our host was wonderful, and we're already talking about planning our next trip back. If you're looking for a gorgeous, well-maintained home with an incredible pool and perfect location, look no further. Fun girls weekend

Group of 7 ladies in town for a girls weekend. Very clean, cute decor, great location (walking distance to Main St). Mostly a perfect stay other than the kitchen items/utensils were sparse for cooking for a large group and I didn’t realize I had to give 2 days notice for use of the hot tub. For what we paid () I would assume use of the hot tub would be a no brainer. I would stay here again.

Fredericksburg is charming on its own but this property feels like an even further escape. The property is spacious and situated next to a creek which means there fresh breezes circulating and lots of green-filtered sunlight. It was a treat to wake up in the morning to birdsong. The home was comfortable. We spent most of our time outside by the pool and hot tub and at night piled on the sectional sofa for movies. A wonderful escape for my sisters and friend and our daughters.

Mother’s Day Getaway!

We have stayed at this house many times and it gets better every time we come back! Always perfectly clean and beds are all extremely comfortable. The two living spaces downstairs, plus the loft living space provide much area to spread out relax. We enjoy making breakfast in the mornings and the kitchen is well equipped. We decided to have the pool heated- and the owner is easy to get in touch with. Overall our favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg. Feels like you are in a serene country area but just a block or so off of main. We can’t wait to be back!

Easter weekend in Fredericksburg

Great Easter weekend getaway with our family.The farmhouse was very nice, and the pool/spa was a great added amenity. The location is very good, close to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely stay again.

Fabulous house!

Wonderful property - probably even better than advertised. The bunk room is very spacious and comfortable for adults. Pool was great, love that we had the option to heat it. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great House in Fredericksburg

This house is amazing! Our family had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. It was a great location - walking distance to Main Street and yet it felt like it was away from all of the tourist activity. Any problems we had were corrected quickly. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed being by the creek. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this wonderful property with us.

Gorgeous Property in a Perfect Location!

My husband, two sons, and I came to Fredericksburg for a couple nights away before Christmas. It's a beautiful, super comfy home located along a creek. It's a quick walk to all the restaurants and shopping on Main Street, but you still get the tranquility of the hill country! We had such a wonderful get away and would absolutely rent this property again the next time we come to town!
