Family Wedding

We rented the house for a family wedding weekend. The neighborhood was great as was the location. The backyard was great for spending time in when we were not out enjoying all that Fredericksburg has to offer!

Perfect getaway!

Our first time visiting Fredericksburg was amazing! The property was exactly like in the pictures, everything was very clean and organized. Guidance was absolutely positive and communication with the rental company and hosts was a breeze. We totally recommend this beautiful and perfect located property! We can’t wait to go back!

Fredericksburg Getaway

The property was wonderful and fit our group perfectly. The entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless and the property was exactly as advertised. We loved the location, which was convenient to all of the shops and eateries on Main Street. We enjoyed both the outdoor firepit and the indoor gas fireplace. Sipping wine by the fire was a perfect ending to our busy days.Overall, things couldn't have been better, and we are already talking about a return trip.

Fredricksburg Weekend

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was just as pictured and we especially loved hanging out in the backyard around the fire pit. 10/10 stars would recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Ladie's getaway

The property was wonderful. Lovely common area yet we each had our own bedroom for a bit of privacy at the end of the day. We didn't utilize it, but the back yard was really nice. We had a small issue w/ hot water heater & thermostat. Thermostat was fixed immediately remotely and hot water fixed the next morning. The lemon cake awaiting our arrival was such a delicious surprise! We would definitely rent this house again. So very close to all the shopping and dining.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at Rae’s Retreat. We took our Mother on a surprise weekend to Fredericksburg to celebrate her birthday. We loved the house. We each had our own bedroom and the layout of two in either side of the living area was very convenient. The electric fireplace and large comfortable couch were a very nice touch. Cozi management company was exceptional. They left a welcome note and birthday wishes with a cake. They were available via text and were super helpful. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will definitely return. It was a bit cold for outdoors on this trip but really like the backyard. The Cozi team was so gracious and instantly available for any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Great Anniversary Getaway Close to Main Street!

My wife and I, along with 2 other couples, stayed at Rae's Retreat, with 2 of the couples celebrating wedding anniversaries. I had asked the host to have a bouquet of flowers in each master suite and they were able to accommodate. The home was spacious and having 2 separate master ensuites was a plus. The large living area was perfect for hanging out in the evenings, and the backyard firepit and bocce ball court was also a popular wine-drinking hang out spot. We stayed in for breakfast on 2 mornings and the well-equipped kitchen provided everything that we needed. The home was located a short 2 minute drive to main street, so the location was ideal.

Great Weekend with Friends

This house was great for our long weekend with friends. Everything was as described and shown in photos. The house is convenient to getting into town and is perfect for hanging out with a group. We enjoyed the record collection as well as the board games.
