Not as advertised, don't book this house! It came with ants and bocce balls that don't glow in the dark as shown.The house is a bit run down from being rented frequently. The bathroom of one of the main bedrooms had an Ant infestation (see pictures!). There's some chewed up floors in the house and there were loose tiles in the bathroom. Due to the ants, we had to share the kids restroom on the other side of the house.We called in the ant problem immediately after arriving on Friday and an exterminator came out a couple hours later. He said we could request they come clean all the dead ants up. On Saturday, I called to request cleaning and was told they'd be by that day...they never came. Multiple follow up calls that day and all day Sunday...and you guessed it...they never sent anyone out. We checked out Monday with dead ants everywhere and some live ones that found their way into our suitcase.The automated response system cozy seems to use feels like canned AI responses which is dissatisfying to say the least. Calling wasnt much better though as it was getting promises to take care of the issue and excuses when noone showed.Absolutely terrible customer service from this management group. We'll stay far away from any of their properties going forward. Inexcusable to not resolve such a discrepancy in a timely manner.
