Amazing weekend away

This property is perfect. This is our second time to stay here and both times have been perfect. Our host met us with a charcuterie board, champagne and fresh squeezed orange juice as well as had the house cozy and warm and the bubbly hot tub ready to go. From extra towels to umbrellas, this house has everything you need.

Beautiful home in the perfect location to Main St.!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk over to Main St and all it has to offer. The hot tub was amazing at the end of the days on our trip as it was chilly each evening and this was a relaxing treat. The home is decorated beautifully and has all the amenities anyone could need ir want.

Perfect Retreat

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

We were greeted by the host and given a tour of the property. She even had a great charcuterie snack and chilled champagne for us. Our host made sure the hot tub was clean and working properly. The house was beautifully decorated. The beds, linens and robes were fantastic quality. The location was perfect!! A block from Main and plenty of parking for a big truck. We will stay here again and again.

Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect! Beautiful furnishings inside as well as a complete setup outside in front of the fireplace to enjoy my favorite bottle of wine! Carolyn was incredibly hospitable and even offered to check us in early… really we couldn’t have asked for a better booking.

Fantastic property in a perfect spot

From check-in to check-out, our stay was absolutely perfect. Photos and descriptions were as advertised, and proximity to all that downtown Fredericksburg has to offer was amazing. We were less than 2 blocks from Main Street, so we were close enough, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The house was great. It’s a 100 year old house that’s been updated, while still maintaining its original spirit and feel. The bed was super comfortable, and we rested exceptionally well. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. My wife and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Oktoberfest

We came into town for Oktoberfest and the property is right off Main Street. It was the perfect location! Not too far away, everything was within walking distance. There is a gorgeous courtyard and a hot tub perfect for relaxing. Carolyn is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Charming house minutes from downtown Fredericksburg

This is a really fantastic 2 bedroom rental just minutes away from the square but super quiet in the evenings. The outdoor fireplace is a great way to spend the evening and the host put in those extra touches that are really great like a firestarter log, soaps/shampoos/extra towels, and the like. We weren't able to use the hottub during our stay but it looked great. For two couples I don't know if there's a better option in Fredericksburg; close to everything, room to stretch out in the rental, really nice large bedrooms, a great semi-private outdoor space (shared with the adjoining rental), and an attentive host. :)

Great location and the house was perfect.

We went for a girls trip and loved every minute of the stay. Host was very receptive and the location is walking distance to main street. The home was furnished beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Girl’s weekend… perfect location. Very responsive and kind owner who left us a lovely charcuterie board and mimosas for a welcome gift. Nice comfy beds. Loved everything about house and outdoor patio area. We’d highly recommend. :) .
