With 2 king beds, master and guest bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, outdoor patio and more. Easy access to wineries, restaurants and all that Fredericksburg has to offer. This fabulous property provides a serene atmosphere and modern amenities that make this a great place to call home base while you're away. If you are needing more space for more than 4 people we have a condo right next door with the same layout that sleeps 4 people as well if available. Message us for more details. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it feels like home away from home. Very cozy, quiet and the perfect distance to Main Street. I love this quaint little place and I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for allowing us to have a peaceful stay!

Property was located conveniently near restaurants and retail stores. It was a short drive to historic downtown and the Pacific War Museum. It was a nice home away from home and comfortable bedding for restful sleep.

The property was better than expected. We only stayed one night but we felt right at home and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

Located ½ between Enchanted Rock for climbing and the Old Tunnel State Park for bat viewing and star gazing. Oh yeah, less than 5 min from downtown Fredericksburg and all it has to offer so great for a long weekend in the area or a midweek escape from the city. The property is clean, single level with good parking in a quiet area.

Place was awesome and close to town. It showed a blender would be supplied but could not find it for our drinks but everything else was furnished. Had a great time and would stay again

We were very impressed by the property's layout and cleanliness, and Phillip, the landlord, communicated effectively. It's a hidden gem and will certainly be our preferred stay when we visit Fredericksburg in the future.
