This modern offering consists of a gorgeous main house, a charming guest house, and a new pool and spa, all located on the same property! The Space:
The stunning Clover House has been decorated with upscale vintage decor. This home has 4 bedrooms divided between the bunkhouse and the main house. This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, dining space, and living area, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night or big cookouts! The Clover House will provide you with the luxury you need to have an unforgettable vacation. After a long day of exploring Fredericksburg, you can enjoy an evening of relaxation in our private pool and hot tub, or unwind and relax with a glass of wine in our amazing backyard. The outdoor spaces of this lovely home are what vacation dreams are created from!
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via email.
2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, cigars, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.
8. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

The house was nice and cozy but looked a little different than the pics. The smoke alarm started going off the last morning we were there and that was annoying. Beds were very comfortable! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Don't stay at Clover Haus!
I recently stayed at Clover House, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed. Several issues made my stay unfavorable. One of the primary problems was the hot tub did not function properly. 1. I followed the instruction sheet provided but the hot tub barely reached 100 degrees and continuously turned off or struggled to stay warm. Having a functioning hot tub was one of the main reasons for choosing this property, and the lack of support made it even more disappointing. 2. The online listing looked very appealing, but upon arrival, the overall condition of the property didn't meet my expectations. It felt neglected, and cleanliness was also an issue. The grass in the pictures of the pool was not there; rocks had replaced it. The flagstone around the fire pit is in horrible condition! Pieces were missing, and it was very uneven, making it dangerous to walk on. There was a used water bottle in the backyard. There was a nasty beer koozie in the backyard. The door to the cellar is a hazard, as is the door to the crawl space, which was open so there is no telling what rodents or other critters might be nesting under the house. 3. On Saturday, I informed them that the water heater stopped working. They stated they would report it. No one responded to check or fix the problem. This is unacceptable. Cold showers on the last day didn’t help the overall feel of the place, for sure! Hot water is a requirement for any lodging facility. I have ran out of space
