Checkin process was a little tedious, they seemed to be going through a transition between systems/ online portals. Once checked in, it was pleasurable. The house, location, and communication were all excellent. Very comfortable and equipped with essentials. Was a great spot for our family getaway.

Good Except for Midnight Pest Visitors

Generally a good size & location for small extended family. Was unable to utilize deck after dark. The deck is outfitted with nice looking market lights but the switch appears to be inside a locked box and is unaccessible. A nocturnal visitor rummaged around under the house or in the walls every night. I communicated this to the management company after the first sleepless night, but they did not send anyone to address it during the rest of our 3-night stay.

Cozy quiet house in Fredericksburg.

We are a couple in our 70’s with a 50 daughter traveling with us. The house was perfect for us. It is close to Main St but not so we heard any noise. The well fenced backyard was a plus so our daughter could bring her small dog. The kitchen was updated and very well supplied. The management company was amazing. They reached out to us multiple times to see if all was well. We would definitely stay here again and probably any property managed by Cozi.

The home is on a street with a lot of early morning traffic, very noisy. Spoke to the property management people several times as we had no hot water for dishes or showers. We had a very cold shower two mornings. Their solution was to install a new shower head. The shower head was definitely not the problem. No resolution. Other than those two complaints, the home is nice. Just fyi, bring Kleenex and wash cloths, none provided.

Wonderful quiet little neighborhood just blocks from Main Street!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked - everything I needed to make our Christmas dinner! Great fenced yard for our fur-babies!

50th in Fredericksburg

We celebrated my birthday this weekend in Fredericksburg. This house was located perfectly to come and go easily. It was clean and super cute. The back yard has a great little sitting area where we visited while my dog enjoyed the fenced yard. I highly recommend staying here.

Girls' trip getaway and dog friendly!

Stay was great! The propery management co was very communicative. As we got closer to the date, they offered an extra night at a great discount, which worked out even better for us. Beds were comfortable, living room cozy, kitchen was a great size, only a mile to the main street. Had the weather been better, I can imagine we would have walked!! My 2 small dogs LOVED it. The yard is BIG. I used the screened in porch to get them geared up. We saw a coyote the first night we pulked inti the driveway so i wantrd ti be safe.we visited wineries and the local shuttle was perfect for us. This is a great rental!!

Excellent Doentown Fredericksburg House

This house is a short walking distance to a myriad of shops and restaurants downtown Frericksburg. House is spacious and clean and beds are comfortable. Great backyard with lots of seating and a kitchen that has all you need. 5 stars.

Rough

Washer was not working. Showers had no pressure I had to take off shower heads and clean out junk blocking flow. No sign saying washer was out. So tried to wash towels and it flooded laundry room. Then property mgr harassed me to fill out a form for a pet. 3 hours before arrival. 12 emails I needed a computer to print fill out and scan back. They would not quit because someone didn’t do the job. I rented this 4 days earlier.

Great Location and Outdoor

We stayed at this property for four days during Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg. The location was perfect - far enough from main street to avoid loud crowds, but close enough to walk to restaurants, events at the Marketplatz, and shops. The house has ample space for a family of five - a master en suite with a king bed, a guest with a queen bed, a guest with two twins, and a full bath in the hall. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels/wash cloths were available. The only drawback was that the door to the queen guest bedroom does not fully close. The open concept dining/living/kitchen offers space to hang out and several games to play. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it appeared to have everything needed. The backyard is awesome, perfect for hanging out when the weather is nice. In addition to a screened-in porch, it has lots of seating and a propane fire feature, a few outdoor games, and a fully fenced yard to contain your furry best friend. We had a great stay!

Excellent Location

The house was within walking distance to Main Street and our favorite coffee shop (Caliche Coffee). Quiet neighborhood and large clean backyard for our dog. House could use some updates and better lighting in the 2nd bath, but overall the location and size were great for my husband and our furry friend.

Old smoke smell. Issues with Pet fee

It is obvious that this house has been lived in by a smoker and the management company has not taken appropriate steps to get the smell out. It should be disclosed on the listing that the home has been smoked in. Also, the management company, Cozi Vacation Rentals, doesn't provide the pet waiver and fee amount until you are already in cancellation penalty.

Nice property and location

Nice property with good location a few blocks from Main Street shopping. Had a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly. Upon check-in, my door code wouldn't work but a phone call to the number on my reservation quickly got it resolved. Some work had been done on a door and sawdust wasn't cleaned up but an email had someone there within 20 minutes to clean the small mess. Great back yard with games and lots of space, spacious inside with nice kitchen and updated nicely. Would stay again.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful weekend for a girls trip at the Bluebonnet House, which was a super cute rental. It was minutes from town, which was a huge plus. Would definitely book again for future trips to Fredericksburg.

Comfortable stay, nice decor

We were in the area for a family wedding at the end of July. It was HOT while we were there, so this place was too far from the core of Main Street to walk, but it was quick (and cool) to get there by car. The interior was beautifully decorated, with an open concept that would be great for larger groups. There was a deck with fireplace outside, and an interior fireplace as well, both of which would be great in fall/winter/spring. Our only negatives - there were a few places where trim was pulled off, missing, or not finished that took away from the nice decor, the landscaping out front was disappointing, and there was no shade for the car. Would we stay here again? Yes. Would we recommend it to others? Yes. Overall a positive experience.
