We had a little trouble with the code for the detached bedroom at first, but it was resolved super quickly and the communication was excellent and extremely fast. The kitchen was brand new and immaculate. Very nicely done. The place was fantastic. and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. In short, our stay was fantastic, start to finish.

The home was absolutely perfect for a larger family. We have adult children so having the outside guest room was very convenient too. The location is close to everything and if you don’t want to drive, you can get an uber quite reasonably. The beds were cozy and we had everything we needed.

The pool and hot tub made this stay very special. Everything was fresh and updated. We stayed during Octoberfest, which can be loud near downtown. This place is located far enough away from downtown to be quiet in the evenings.

Can’t wait to stay again! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. Everything you could need for a family get together. The owners though of everything for the outdoors from the pool, hot tub to fire pit. The pool was sparkling clean and a highlight of our trip.

Awesome group house!

We stayed at this property in Fredericksburg with a few couples and overall had a wonderful time. The location was fantastic—close enough to town to easily enjoy the wineries, restaurants, and shops, but still felt private and peaceful.The home itself had everything we needed: a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and all the essential amenities. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool—perfect for hot Texas afternoons! The fenced yard was also a huge plus, especially since we brought our golden retriever, and the home was very clean inside, which we appreciated.That said, we had to give 3 stars for cleanliness due to the condition of the yard. It felt pretty neglected—mostly overgrown weeds, many of which had large stickers that were painful for our dog to walk through. For example, there was even a weed growing right in the middle of the walkway to the pool that we had to step over each time. It didn’t ruin our trip, but it definitely impacted our ability to enjoy the outdoor space fully.We’re hoping the owners are still in the process of finishing the landscaping, especially since the pool seems newly completed. With a little attention to the yard, this place could easily be a five-star stay. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to any adult couple groups or family looking to do a weekend getaway!!

New Years 2025

We had a pleasant stay. Easy 10 blocks from Main, on a quiet street. Host reached out several times throughout. Comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of clean towels, updated bathrooms/showers. AC/Heater cooled & heated on demand. Major kitchen appliances, and the washer and dryer were all in working order. The nice leather sectional and large TV made for a fun movie night. Didn’t use the jacuzzi, or the fire pit but they were there for our enjoyment.Some suggestions:Some pots, pans, & kitchen gadgets might need replacing soon. A couple of dish towels,, food storage containers, and a broom/dust pan would have come in handy.

Fredericksburg Thanksgiving Getaway

We had an incredible week at this beautifully remodeled 1940s house! The charm of the original architecture combined with modern updates made our stay truly special. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fun of Fredericksburg's Main Street, we enjoyed exploring the shops and dining options. The outdoor space was fantastic, perfect for our kids and fur kids to run around and play. It was the ideal setting for our Thanksgiving celebration, creating memories that we'll cherish forever. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to return!

1 acre oasis Fredericksburg

Overall great property and close to town. Very convenient. Entire property enclosed with fence so it was excellent for my two dogs. Cozi response is quick and professional. A couple of opportunities was the floors needed to be mopped, a Keurig would have been nice, needed a broom/dustpan, front door and guest casita door a little hard to open. Other than those minor details the property was great and we would return. Thank you Cozi for your hospitality.

The house was great for our get together with friends. There were a few things that we wished was available. Would’ve liked: more towels More kitchen serving dishes and containers for leftovers. Have the kitchen stocked with items like, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and ziploc bags, As well as pantry staples, oil, spices, etc. Didn’t see instructions for the hot tub, but our friend has one and new how to operate it. There was a broken window that we noticed and alerted to as soon as we saw it. All in all - we had a great time and are already planning a return trip!

LOVED THIS HOUSE AND THE LOCATION

The house is well appointed and very comfortable. Everyone said they slept well in the comfy beds and plenty of room for us. We took our dogs and the fact that the property is fenced in was AWESOME!! We would highly recommend this lovely home and we will be back.

21st birthday & family gathering

My daughter wanted a small party with the family and a few friends for her 21st birthday. Her only requirement for her birthday party was a fire pit. Not only was this home beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, it had the most amazing fire pit! We sat for hours connecting as a family around the fire last night. Thank you so much!! It was a great way to celebrate life.
