The views were beautiful and the host was very responsive however the home wasn’t very clean the oven was filthy and appeared to have oven clean sprayed into it that was not wiped clean most of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty and The master bathroom shower smelled like mildew the neighbors were friendly and overallWe had a great time however for the fees charges the home should be clean upon check in

Dirty and lacking in supplies

While this is a sizable place and in a nice location, it was only partially clean and we got the impression this place was not quite ready to host guests. First, we didn’t receive check in and check out instructions and had to message the host to figure out how to get in. It wasn’t until the day after we arrived that we received the house rules, which some were contradictory to what the listing said. Additionally, there were no trash bags for the kitchen trash bin, so we had to use a paper bag our first night to throw our trash away. There weren’t extra sheets for the pull out couch bed and air mattress. The basement and beds in the basement hadn’t been cleaned. We found blood on the bunk bed duvet and pillows, dried up cheese and crumbs on the trundle mattress, lots of hairs in the bathroom, and what appeared to be boogers wiped on walls. Of course, we didn’t notice the dirtiness until we were headed to bed, so ended up staying up late our first night cleaning the basement and using the tiny bit of laundry detergent left to wash the sheets. Additionally, the pull out couch bed was a partial air mattress that had a hole in it, so two guest did not get any sleep the first night and left the next day.We left scratching our heads as to why we paid a cleaning fee when we were the ones who stayed up cleaning the place so we could go to sleep.

Amazing Stay

A little late (a lot late really) leaving this review. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Jon was very easy to communicate with and was very attentive and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and everything was good. The house is beautiful and well furnished. You will not be disappointed with your stay. It's about 5 minutes to the grocery store, I mention that because you'll want to cook in that amazing kitchen. Restuarant's are also nearby. Close to so many trails. I was nervous at first with no air conditioning but I was never not and never cold it was just comfortable all the time. Open the windows and there is amazing airflow in the house. It was a quiet neighborhood during our stay. The house has TVs with apps for streaming which was great.To Jon, thanks for the great accommodations.

Location, Views, Comfortable & Excellent Host

We loved this house for it's location for skiing at Winter Park. The town of Fraser has many fun little breweries, activities, grocery etc. The house is very comfortable, has a great kitchen for cooking after skiing, has a wonderful hot tub, comfortable beds, private bathrooms for each bedroom, heated garage and a quiet neighborhood. The host was available almost instantly if we had any questions. Check-in code was super nice for arrival. Also, 3 p.m. check-in and 11:00 a.m. check-out were super nice. The extra hour above what many other places offer was great. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay here again.

Family gathering near Winter Park

We had 11 family members stay at the property. The house was very well suited for a large group. The large kitchen and available equipment were helpful to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable for adults as a bed. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would recommend property to anyone. The location is reasonably close to Winter Park by car.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Winter Park, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this rental! The location and accommodations were perfect for our group of 10! Plenty of room to spread out. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with lots of extras to make the stay very pleasant! Jon was very easy to communicate with and made sure to check on our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, cozy and inviting!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. Everything was so easy and simple to navigate/use, including the check in process. Loved this place. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful house with a hot tub in an amazing area! The view from the room was also stunning. Outstanding in Every Way

I'm always hesitant to highly recommend a great VRBO property because I know it will increase demand and costs LOL but Jon's Fraser Family Cabin is phenomenal. It was modern, completely clean to the microscopic level upon our arrival, and so very cozy for all of our family members. We had plenty of space and it was so relaxing and easy to be either resting or together at any given time. The hot tub was perfect and the views were beautiful, especially in the morning and at night. We saw a coyote run past the dining room window right before dark while playing cards (it was running to the meadow across the drive), the Fraser river public access is nearby, and so is the Safeway grocery. Just minutes to Winter Park and about 30 minutes to the Upper Colorado (yes, we did plenty of skiing AND some fly fishing). Jon was extremely quick to respond and he was also understandably protective of his property as there were easy rules to follow like keeping the garage door down when not in use. Please make sure to remember that this is someone's special place and look out for Jon and his family's wonderful "cabin" in Fraser so I can come back to it again some day!

Great family time and ski base

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean and well appointed. Bathrooms in every room was a huge plus. Kids enjoyed the little sledding hill nearby as well. For the times we were not skiing, this was a great place to hang out with family, play cards, and take in a couple movies. We will be renting again. Thanks for great stay.

Beautiful House

A lot of room for 6 adults. Each bedroom had a bathroom, hot tub outside of the living room. 20 minutes to Mary Jane ski resort. Use of the garage.

Great, clean and modern house in great location

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It is very centrally located, with easy access to Winter Park and to Fraser. The house is clean and new and very nice. The king bed in the master was a little hard for our comfort - but we like a soft mattress, so that's just personal preference. Overall, we had a great stay.

Anniversary trip

Very nice house! Property manager was excellent. Loved the hot tub. This would be ideal for large families as every bedroom has its own bath and TV. Would definitely stay here again!
