Great for a ski weekend

Great location for a ski weekend! The house is on the free shuttle line to Winter Park, and is walkable to breweries and restaurants in Fraser. The space was great for a group of adults and a couple of toddlers. Everyone had their own room/bathroom, and the second living area upstairs was great for after kiddos were in bed.

Awesome house!

We had 11 people and had tons of room to spread out. Three separate common areas really makes it spacious. The private hot tub is a nice touch, too. The location was ideal, with the bus stop just a short walk from the front door and a quick ride to Winter Park. Everything is nearly brand new- we felt like we were the first ones to stay there! The owner was very responsive, though we didn't really need anything during our stay. We would definitely come back here again!

Amazing location!!

This is the perfect mountain house for skiing and getting to see the town. It’s in a perfect location just minutes from anything you need and even a brewery within walking distance. Hot tub has insane views of winter park. Beds are all super comfortable. Much bigger is person than the pictures show. Big 2 car garage with plenty of storage space. One of my favorite rentals ever!

Perfect in every way

Took family (9 in total) for New Years trip. The house is brand new and in perfect condition! Location next to shuttle pick up to winter park skiing was extremely convenient and easy! Host was extremely responsive to texts and helpful with any of my questions! Kitchen has all the basics, plenty of towels, large washer/Dryer and stocked with detergent so we could wash/dry towels after enjoying the spa every night! WiFi, TV in each room and shuffle board table provided everyone with entertainment. Three levels allowed plenty of space and while parents slept on first floor the kids could stay up playing shuffle board or in the spa and we never heard them! Will definitely return!!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful family vacation at this rental. We had family come in from across the country from ages 5 to 71 and everyone enjoyed. It is a new development and the rental was clean and spacious. It is a three level townhouse and the stairs were a little bit tough for the elderly in the group, but that is to be expected. There is plenty of room for large family gatherings. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, plates and cups. The children really enjoyed the game room upstairs and shuffleboard. We enjoyed skiing at nearby Granby Ranch and going tubing on the nearby tubing hills. The host was extremely responsive and wonderful with recommendations. We would highly recommend this rental.

Wedding weekend

This home is incredible and could be featured in a magazine! It is so well-thought out and the high ceilings and large windows add to the feeling of openness and light. We had 8 adults and because of the large bathrooms and multiple living areas, we never felt crowded. Beds are super comfy and decor is lovely including some hand-made wall art. The location is very handy to safeway, restaurants and trails. One of the best vrbo’s we’ve ever rented!

Absolutely incredible

This was one of the greatest mountain / ski resort houses I’ve ever stayed at! The neighborhood was easy to access in a great location, and the views from the house were incredible. All the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and the game room upstairs was just the cherry on top. The kitchen was even stocked with some snacks and drinks (maybe from the last guests?) anyway, I was also impressed with the excellent communication with the host. The only issue we had was with the hot tub, but they sent someone immediately to fix it. Thank you!

Great property in winter park

A group of us stayed at this property for a wedding. The location was central and near everywhere we needed to go which was helpful since we went during a blizzard. The place was clean, the heated floors and garage were incredibly nice given the weather, and the hosts were quick to respond to messages. The bed were comfortable and cozy.

Amazing Property, Great Host, Awesome location!

This property was amazing. I have traveled to Winter Park before but this was my family's first time staying in the snow. This house made the whole trip. Plenty of space, very clean and tidy, and great location. The Winter Park ski resort was just a short 10 min drive away. Grocery store right across the street as well for all our needs. The host was very responsive for every single question and concern I had during our trip. Family loved every second of it.
