Good Layout, Rocky Start

Nice property w great layout. Problems w entry and dirt 800 number called just wanted us to give them permits market stuff to us and had no good number to help us to get in. Property manager has so much detail in communication (promoting other services) makes it difficult to quickly find what is really needed. Once in (woman that helped us on the phone was great) all was good.

Beautiful. Quiet. Nicely Furnished. Close to town and activities. Everything we needed for a get-away trip. We felt welcome here. The scripture on the wall invited us in - very encouraging! We would stay here again for sure! Blessings to the owners!

39 lookout point

We stayed for our sons's spring break week. The house was just as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the pots/pans were is great shape. The fireplace, BBQ grill, and garage were all added perks for sure! We loved the location and the neighbors we met were all really nice. The house is set up to accommodate a walker, wheelchair, ADA accessibility so if you were to need this amenity you would feel right at home here. The only thing that was not ideal was the entryway is v. cramped. Maybe that was just our experience though since we have 3 preteen/teenage boys plus my husband and I. When you walk in there is a bench and a pantry directly in between the two doors. Its really hard to enter the house and remove boots/shoes to protect the floors. I wish there were a little breathing room on entry. This is not a complaint but just an FYI for renters to know about and plan for with kids.

Great property!

We will be back - everything was perfect, great location, well appointed, and pet friendly! The ONLY slightly strange piece was the ADA shower with no curtain in the upstairs master but that’s really nitpicking. Overall a perfect experience.

Excellent Winter Getaway Home

Great location with many activities. The home was perfect for 2 separate families, upstairs was 1 master bedroom and downstairs was another master bedroom and a separate bedroom for the kids and other guest that tagged along.

Great Property

This property has everything you could ask for - plenty of space, amenities and location is great. There is construction of another condo right outside the patio, and it was a bit loud at times but that's unavoidable - if there was any negative, it would be it was a little difficult to control the temperature of the master bedroom at times. Other than that, great property for families and the hot tub was awesome. Nice to have a garage for parking and location is close to everything, would stay here again.

The home was absolutely lovely and we loved the scripture over the dining room table.

We loved it. It was a beautiful home and had everything we needed, including a beautiful Bible to read during quiet time. The views were magnificent. We would definitely consider coming again. It was our first time using a Vacation rental before.

Great Place For Family

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! We stayed at the Legacy Retreat on look out point #39. The home was immaculate, kitchen was fully stocked!! I love to cook, so this was a PLUS for our family. The views were breath taking. Hot tub was amazing in the evenings to just sit back and relax. The people in town were super friendly. We will definitely be returning to this town and property!

Great condo

Our only complaint was the construction directly off of the balcony. No view off the balcony other than construction of a new building. The condo was clean, and had plenty of entertainment options and games. Lots of options for kids.

Lovely place in Fraser

We had a lovely time in Fraser. The condo was wonderful. It was well stocked with cooking items and all we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was above and beyond what we anticipated, it was perfect, we used it a couple of times each day! The layout was wonderful for us, as the bunkbeds with double beds on the bottom made it so our three sets of adults could have their own rooms. The views from the condo were amazing as well. We loved watching the sunset from the porch. Plenty of room to relax and be with one another. Really liked the two separate living rooms. We were surprised by all of the steps we needed to do before we left the condo, such empty all garbages, take the garbage and recycling to the dumpster down at the end of the cul-de-sac, strip all beds, start a load of laundry, start the dishwasher all the while paying for a cleaning fee. It seems like a big ask to take the garbage and recycling to the dumpsters. Overall we would stay here again.

Construction ZONE! And not well cleaned.

There is a lot of construction directly in front of this unit and across from it. They stop at 6 PM and start and 7 AM Monday-Saturday. Not relaxing and not the "view" that they posted on line. And the home was not cleaned well given the current pandemic issues. The home itself is very nice, comfortable and and in a great location in regards to town and activities.

Nice home/location but construction nearby

This is a very nice home & appeared clean. However, in this time of Covid, I’m even more particular about cleanliness than ever. And there was a ponytail holder left on the master nightstand and in a bathroom, and fries in the oven, which really made me wonder/worry how deep-cleaned/detailed it was. It’s also in a pretty location but there is construction going on right next to it which decreased the peaceful factor.

This place is spectacular... clean, fresh, daily sunset. Definitely a place I would stay again.

The home is cozy and welcoming! They thought of everything that makes this a “home” and not just a rental. The neighborhood is quiet, close to restaurants, and the evening sunsets are spectacular. We loved our stay and enjoyed our vacation.
