"It was a very nice townhome, and we enjoyed our stay. The interior was modern with numerous amenities.Loved:- modern TVs and internet were excellent- kitchen setup nice- lots of games and new foosball tableNeed to know:- No air conditioning and limited window access for cross-breeze (CO mountain summers are getting hotter)- Combined washer/dryer needs to go - challenge to get working correctly- Iron is chargeable and board broken (minor)"

"Fresh Tracks @ Peak View Ridge will not disappoint! A brand new property, in pristine condition, with everything you could need! Host was very communicative and offered to assist if we were to need it, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job preparing for us! Close to everything but not right on the main busy street in town. We absolutely loved the location and view! Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this house. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was a huge plus. The hot tub was nice and the views from the second floor were lovely. The driveway was a bit steep- we had a bike hitch on our SUV and had to unload the bikes before using the driveway to avoid scraping."

"Our stay at Lodge 212 was truly amazing!! It had literally EVERYTHING that you need for your stay. Luxury accommodations and furnishings in literally every room! Close to RMNP and our kids LOVED the playground in Winter Park which is super close…we went every day! It was their favorite part of our trip! The host was very responsive and the property was spotless and smelled SO good!!! I’m still trying to figure out the air freshener when you enter…it’s amazing."
