The lodge was the perfect home for our work retreat of 25 people. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook together easily, and the ability to have a separate wings for those seeking quieter accommodations was perfect for our group. I’d highly recommend staying here and hope to return with our group in the future.

The house suited my extended family of 20 perfectly! We spent most evenings by the fireplace playing games and cooking together. Several very large stock pots made for great soup and chili nights. It’s rare to find a place that can so comfortably fit this many people and this is the best we’ve stayed at so far! Very convenient to everything. House is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Extra hot water temps, and the strong water pressure will make you wish you didn’t have to leave. We hope to come back again some day!

Great location,supply of necessities more than adequate, and the bunk room was great for the grandchildren. A beautiful view and close to many outdoor activities Close to Rocky Mountain National park and Grand Lake. We had a small problem with the fireplace and the repair person was out within the hour to fix it. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Andrew for helping us have a wonderful vacation.

Great place for a family reunion. The deck was especially wonderful and accommodated a large group comfortably. Wonderful views! The kitchen was well stocked and easy for multiple people to work in. Plenty of seating for group meals. This was our second year here and we look forward to coming here again for our yearly reunion!

The house was great. It was perfect for family members of different ages to be together as well as to have their own space. It’s in a great location for a variety of day outings. The kids loved the slide and gondola at Winter Park and everyone enjoyed the local hikes. The views were fabulous and the outside porch was a great place for our family dinners. The owner is a great communicator. We had one minor problem and the owner had it fixed immediately.

Family reunion

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! We had plenty of space and enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the upstairs great room. Having 2 kitchens was really helpful for all the cooking. The teens enjoyed the game room and the nearby rec center. The location was close to lots of activities, restaurants, and shopping. The owner provided lots of info in advance and was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Great Place for Winter Park Ski Trip

We stayed here for a ski trip to Winter Park. The location was great as it was a short walk from the shuttles that takes you to the mountain and is also close to everything else you need (grocery store, rental shop, etc.) Owner is super easy to work with and very responsive. The place is well kept, has everything you need and a great place for large groups.

Great Fraser home

Our family loved the location. Close to lots of activities. Favorite spot had to be the deck with beautiful views but the main living area also comfortably accommodated our large group.

Perfect House for a large party & celebratory weekend!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ember Lodge, it was extremely comfortable for 28 people. Andrew was extremely communicative and flexible with our check in times and accommodations. It’s difficult to find places for large groups, I highly recommend this spot. My husband and I were able to celebrate our marriage with 26 family and friends, without stress or worry!

Fantastic Easter Getaway!

I can’t put into words how perfect this house was for our family vacation! First off the location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do, the views from house were beautiful! The layout was perfect to accommodate 20 adults and 4 kids easily! Everything was as pictured and the amenities were great! The kitchen was best stocked.VRBO I have been at! We truly made tons of memories here and will be back! The host were also so great at answering my questions

Family reunion

The house was clean and a perfect venue for our family reunion. The house worked great for people of all ages and the location is great! There were a couple times I had questions and Andrew responded promptly with answers and options for us. Overall excellent experience!

A Perfect Home For Our Large Family Gathering

This gorgeous home perfectly fit our large family as we gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving in the mountains! The house was well stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. The great room with its cozy fireplace was the perfect place to gather for meals, game playing, and conversations. Everyone enjoyed the large hot tub! The location of the house was convenient to get to the ski resort and grocery store. We would highly recommend this home to others seeking a place for large groups to gather.

Fabulous Large Home

The location of this home is wonderful. Out of the hustle & bustle of I-70 and close to the RMNP. Our 30 person family had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very large but warmly decorated. There's plenty of parking. Could use a few more bath and kitchen towels and we had trouble with one of the washing machines - but there's 4 sets so no issues. We didn't want to leave!

This lodge is first rate! Worked very well for our family gathering of 32 people. Location is great for bike riding and bringing the bus back. Access to the Club Meadows Ridge was well used for the swimming pool and spa.

Colorado Marriage Celebration

This property is better than advertised. It is set up perfectly for a large group. The design of the building could not be better. From our initial request for information, to leaving the property the communication was quick and very helpful. The interior is beautiful and fully updated. The outdoor space on the decks is well positioned and was well utilized. We had a large group so we were a bit worried about having 10 cars at a time, but we shuttled people up and down the hill so it was not a huge issue. I would highly recommend this property.

Giant house - tons of space - great for big reunion

We went with 6 families, each with 2 adults and 2 kids. There is so much space - especially with the bunk room basement with 6 queen bunks. Kids loved that space... and the pinball machine and foosball table were well used. Kitchen has decent appliances and well stocked cooking wear. The massive dining table is perfect for groups of this size. Owner has great communications and helps with any issues. I strongly recommend this property for any large groups or multigenerational trips.

Annual Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house was large and accommodating for our group of 26. It had everything we needed including a pack n play and high chair for the baby. The location was excellent for all activities. We would definitely stay here again.
