A place to sleep… thats it. We were 5 and needed to ask for everything. Poorly stocked, no sheets for sleeper, no detergent, very poor lighting in all rooms. Manager let us know that there was no heat and provided space heaters prior. Old and dated. Paint peeling in bathroom and needs work. When we opened the sofa sleeper, there was trash under the sofa. Front door is very hard to open and it took us 40 minutes to figure out. Door needs to be jiggled while your turning the key. Recommend an update and a good cleaning service. This place is mediocre and really needs an update.

I love this place but...
I drive from Michigan to Colorado to ski most of the winter and I've stayed at Jon's place long-term before. Located down the road from Winter Park, Fraser is a great place to stay while saving a few bucks--transportation is usually a breeze by car and the bus system is great. Jon's place is up the hill from the Safeway grocery store and, being on the second floor, has a private balcony, great views of the mountains and is right across from the clubhouse. Restaurants and nightlife are available in Fraser as well as two miles down the road in the town of Winter Park. This property is an exceptional value for a 2-bed, 2-bath unit. While dated, it is quite spacious with vaulted ceilings and skylights making it seem even larger. There are a few drawbacks that could be easily remedied. Because the non-stick coatings on the pots and pans have eroded, they are not fit for cooking and should be replaced. Also, while superficially clean, a thorough deep cleaning is necessary--don't look under the beds or couches! Also, the contents of the cupboards, cabinets and drawers are haphazard and need to be reorganized. Don't let any of this stop you though unless you are a total neat freak--I love this place!

Affordable for ski weekend
The condo was affordable and worked well for our recent ski weekend. Owner was very responsive. Great location close to the grocery store, restaurants and easy drive to the mountain to ski. Conveniently located across the parking lot from the community clubhouse. We enjoyed the clubhouse amenities, especially the hot tub. Condo is sparsely stocked. Linens and bedding need replacing. Mattress was ok. Less than impressed with the cleanliness. Floors were dirty, and there were used tissues in the master bedroom. Mold stains in shower needs deep cleaning. Acceptable for the price.

Domestic Violence Next Door
There was a domestic violence disturbance NEXT door. A man was yelling, swearing, and throwing furniture off the balcony. Multiple Grand County police officers responded to the situation. The listing did not report that this happens in the next door unit. It was very disturbing for our 7 year old daughter. We reported this Jon. Here is his response. “Get payment from the abusive man. I delivered what I sold you. Your problem is not with me. Your problem is with the abusive man”. If you have children or might be triggered by something like this, I recommend looking at a different option.

We come in as vendors for the Jazz Festival and need to be able to have easy parking for our trailer. We have stayed several years hoping that the place would be updated. Last year, the place had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The plumbing is horrible and there are never any paper towels, hand soap or dish liquid. We would love to grill, again this year, but same as last year, not working. The bathroom shower and toilet are in need of serious repairs. Toilets are heavily stained and should be replaced. Tubs drain slow which is in need of replacing. We have given this place a fair shot however, Jon, the owner needs to make the place decent for guests. Change the stained and old bedding. Change the hard and old towels. (We brought our own) and don’t forget your shower shoes. We were charged more this year and I will absolutely not stay again. I deserve to have some of my money back.

adequate at best
Didn't have a lot of resources needed to sleep 6 as promised on the listing. there were 3 beds and a pullout. On top of that there weren't any extra sheets for the pullout. The fridge barely worked. overall it was fine for 1 night but not ideal.

Great affordable stay for ski weekend
This condo checked every box for our family… Comfortable beds, proximity to ski resort, awesome pool and hot tub. The fact that it was a second floor unit was a bonus, cathedral ceilings and skylights added to ambience. Will be sure to rent this affordable condo again in the future!

Great location
I don’t like to give bad reviews but dealing with this owner was aggravating. Like other reviewers have mentioned we couldn’t get the key out of the lockbox, had to message him and wait for answer. He gave us wrong code. The clubhouse has no information for him either. The WiFi password he gave is incorrect but found correct one in welcome book. Internet TV not working, his response was for me to call them, because that’s what I want to do on my vacation! They couldn’t find his address to help me so no TV. The condo is in a great location across from Clubhouse but needs some upkeep. Could of used more towels, Three people for three nights and we had 6 total towels. The master bed had flannel sheets and maybe it’s just me but I don’t want to sleep on old flannel sheets in the summer. I have stayed at Meadowridge many times but next time would choose another unit.

Nice Place but not as advertised
Upon arrival, trash was full, beds not changed and no toilet paper. I wrote to owner and he fixed this immediately, sending a cleaning person who did a great job. tv and internet did not work and when I contacted the owner I had to call the company. This was a get-away, I did not want to do the calling but did and no resolution. Upon leaving the unit we ran the dishwasher with the 2 oz of dishwasher liquid left, no coffee provided (fine but please inform your guests so they can pack appropriately. no wash rags in bathrooms. I have stayed in many VRBO's and this is the first one that I did not feel like a welcomed guest. The home is warm and nice however there are no amenities for guests, pack what you need or do without. I requested that the owner call me and he never did, I did not want to make a bad review however, I feel as though my business was not important to this owner and there were no personal touches.

Great week
This is our 2nd year to stay in this unit and it is a great location across from clubhouse and easy in and out when leaving yo go ski or town. We enjoy cooking and using the kitchen to save money. Jon has always been quick with communication. I suggest bring storage baggies, spices, and foil. Overall, another great year to stay here.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to get into the property because the lockbox didn't work and had to wait an hour to have the property manager come to let us in. The unit was clean, but missed on some of the little things like shampoo, etc. Also couldn't get the coffee maker to work. Wouldn't stay again.

Not enough towels. The towels had hair balls all over them. The unit smelled very old not very clean. No enough blankets. Pulled dishes out of the cabinet and they were dirty with food still on them. Loved the hot tub area. It was very nice and relaxing after snowboarding. Had a fireplace but no extra wood.

Has potential
I can only assume that the owner has not been doing this long and it clearly showed. We could not check in on time as the property wasn't ready and I had to call the owner. An hour after check in time he was still unfinished with the second bedroom and changing the sheets. The Master bedroom mattress was awful and we ended up cutting our stay short because the couch was the only comfortable place to sleep. It's too bad because the location is great but the condo had issues. The shower in one bath needed the shower head replaced and the closets needed to be repaired. If some minor changes/repair and replacements took place this would be a wonderful place to stay

My friends and I have stayed in this same group of condos for many years and it is a perfect size for us. The best part about this individual condo is that it is the closes you can get to the hot tub and pool area. The owner was very quick to reply and easy to work with when I had to adjust my dates by one day.

I don't usually leave negative feedback but felt our biggest complaint was that the Showers were filthy like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time and there were empty shampoo bottles in both showers from previous tenants. Also there was old ice cream and left over soda in the refrigerator. The place was very dusty and the baseboards were very dirty too. We will not rent here again.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner did contact us at 10:30 asking of we were aware checkout was 10:00 am. when it clearly shows checkout at 11 am on homeway. Hopefully he will get that clarified for future guests.

We had a fantastic experience here! Nice large condo with two bathrooms and lots of storage. Full kitchen was great for cooking at home. Working grill, working fireplace, scenic views, access to pool and hot tub. It was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay here with our family of 5. The view was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was as described. We would stay here again. The only reason I gave it an overall rating of 4 instead of 5 is that it could have been a little cleaner.
