We had a wonderful time! This home is well equipped and has something for everyone. The patios are spacious to enjoying the beautiful views. The kitchen had every gadget and plenty of dishes to host a lovely dinner party. Very family friendly. I really enjoyed walking the trails through the neighborhood as well.

Comfortable & Wonderfully Oufitted Mountain Reteat

Hosts really outdid themselves with this thoughtfully decorated and organized (!) mountain retreat! The house was stunning in all aspects with comfortable and well placed furniture. Radiant heated main floor was welcoming after a cold day outside. We were big on cooking and the kitchen was unbeliveably labelled and organized with everything we could want to use. Meticulously clean rooms were comfortable with plenty of extra cozy blankets. Kids had tons to do with an overwhelming choice of board games, plus other activities including a pool table, hot tub, table shuffleboard and several sleds in the garage. Location was fantastic being a few steps to The Lift public transit into Winter Park and a few blocks from Fraser shops and restaurants. We explored the nearby trail walks in the Rendezvous comlplex including through the woods, next to the Fraser river and across bridges. There a few museums close by including the Ranch Museaum and the Headwaters River Center. We also visited the YMCA of the Rockies center (20min) for Nordic trails and found they had a lot of other activities to offer. Winter Park skiing was unbelievable as we have tons of fresh powder each day. The heavy snow fall was no problem whether we drove or took public transit and the roads to the house were well maintained and plowed each day. Hosts were available for any questions and I would definitley bring my family back to visit any time of year! Thanks again hosting such a magical place!

Beautiful Vacation home

The house was lively , well-stocked and in a great location . We were very cozy during our stay . The neighborhood is quiet but just minutes from shopping and fun activities .we had two very small hiccups with the property but Mandy and Eric very very responsive and the problems were dispatched quickly . Great house , would book it again .

Winter wonderland stay!

We had an incredible time at Mandy’s property! The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We had a blast. The shuttle to winter park was very convenient and a short walk from the front door. The spacious kitchen was perfect for large groups and the hot tub was just what we needed after a day on the slopes! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful Property with all the amenities

This property has all you need to have a wonderful time in Fraser/Winter Park. The drive is super quick to the parking lots and all the other attractions of Winter Park. The house was very clean and provides all you need to enjoy your stay. The hosts give very clear directions and are very welcoming.

Wonderful house and great setup

House is in great condition and is set up very well for families. Lower level master close to bedroom with two bunks for kids. Master bedrooms on each of three levels. House is well organized and the kitchen has individual drawers labeled to make it easy to find and put dishes away. We had one question upon check in and the owners connected with us right away. Everything worked at the house, which isn’t always the case. Great home!

Perfect for a group getaway!

This place had it all! New house with all the amenities you could ever need for a small to large group. Large dining table for hosting dinner and games, pool/shuffleboard for evening entertainment, and a great hot tub! The shuttle to the mountain was easy and quick. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Fantastic home for your Winter Park Vacation!

The pictures sell the home. What you see is what you get. The home is awesome!! There is plenty of room to spread out, the upstairs "game room" loft was enjoyed very much by the older kids and the downstairs loft was perfect for the younger ones. We had a large group and could not have been happier with the experience. We will definitely be back!!

Summer family getaway

Clean, well appointed, convenient location. Plenty of room with three levels for family to spread out, kitchen and dining area easily handled our part of twelve. Comfort and view from upstairs deck was outstanding.

Perfect Winter Park Ski Trip - AMAZING views

From booking all throughout the stay, I had an amazing experience with my friends. Had a bunch of buddies come out to Colorado (12 of us total) and this was the perfect home. The view from the living room is impeccable, hot tub was super nice, game room had everything we needed, and it easily slept 12 of us. Mandy and Eric thought of everything when they set this place up and they had great communication with us throughout the stay. Only thing I will mention is if you are wanting to take the bus, there is really only one logical stop outside the place. Convenient walk to the bus stop, but it only runs once every hour. This is fine, but if you don’t plan to drive and happen to miss the bus, then you’ll be stuck waiting for an hour for the next one. Not an issue but something to plan for. Again, great stay and great place! Thanks Mandy and Eric!

Everything was perfect

A perfect house for our weekend ski trip. All of the furnishings were brand new and high quality. Communication with Mandy was seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone doing a ski trip to Winter Park. One tip - ask the bus driver to drop you off a little up the hill to so don’t have to hike as far in you ski gear.

I can’t say enough about the home, neighborhood, proximity to activities and responsiveness of the owners. The house is impeccable, inside and out. Lots of room to have privacy, as well as as be together on the main level. Great areas for walking and sledding right outside the door, and dog friendly! My friends and I had an amazing weekend and plan to return!

Beautiful home!

My family and I really enjoyed the property. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoy being able to get in the hot tub after a day of skiing then end the night playing pool and shuffle board while the kids played board games. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We would love to stay at this property again.

Great place !

We were here on a bucket list trip for my 79 year old mom! Great location, close to all the activities we had planned! House is much bigger than it appears from the outside. We loved this house!! Owners were responsive. We arrived to a bottle of wine which was a pleasant touch. Recommend this for your family.

Great Place for gathering with friends!

Beautiful, well appointed house and great communication from the property owners! The hot tub was great to come home to after a day on the slopes. Great location- close to shuttle, grocery stores, and restaurants. Kitchen was stocked and we enjoyed cooking for our large group! We will return!

A very Merry Christmas

My family and I had a great time, We arrived the day before Christmas Eve and the owners had put up a beautiful tree . So thoughtful! we all had plenty of room and the property was very clean and updated. We had 2 small children and the home was perfect for them (and their parents. ) We will probably be back again.
