"Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. "We enjoyed an amazing weekend at The Old School House, celebrating my mum’s 80th birthday. The property is perfect for a large group, with large communal spaces where everyone can come together, but also some cosy nooks where you can enjoy a moment of quiet. "The best thing about this apartment is the location - away from the crowds but right in the middle of the town, so no hill to climb. We had an elderly person in our party and chose it for that reason. The conversion is recent so facilities are modern - but not high end. The most has been made of limited space, but there is not much natural light. This is a great holiday base for 4 people in beautiful Fowey, but not a space you would want to spend a lot of time in. Luckily, the weather was good!"

"A comfy settee, it slopes forward and is hard to sit on. Difficult to improve but if you had a noisy group in next door it would be difficult. We heard every word of their conversation whisky we say in our lounge. I get that they are just the other side of the door. Felt a bit intrusive though, although they were not a noisy group of girls at all, which was good."

"A nice caravan in a vary large caravan park on the eastern edge of Newquay. The photo on VRBO has used a little artistic licence - it is surrounded by other caravans. However everything else is as listed. Slightly confusing information on arrival - telling us there is complimentary food etc to use but then saying we will be charged for what we use. It's either complimentary or it's chargeable. A clean caravan, facilities as listed. I would stay again if in the area."
