"The unit we were supposed to stay in had an issue with hot water before we arrived. Before we got there, we were automatically put in a different unit that was an upgrade for no charge to make sure we had hot water. Throughout the entire process, the owner was great with communication and making sure we had access to the new unit. It was a beautiful place and we loved our stay!"
