Awesome get away

Home was amazing. We lived in the pool, it was so refreshing every time you jumped in. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were nice and located in the outdoor dining area where we enjoyed hanging out. My wife and I enjoyed the koi pond in the early morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the waterfall. Outdoor grill was great for burgers. Kitchen was used every morning for big breakfasts and a few evening meals. Beds were comfortable and perfect after a day at the stockyards or coming home from a concert at AT&T stadium, both which were 20/25 minutes away. We will definitely be back. I will also say our hosts were very responsive. Thank y’all for hosting such a beautiful home.

Poor handling of broken A/C

The property is spacious, nicely appointed, and has a great pool. But when we arrived we walked into an oven. The main level was above 80 degrees and the upstairs was above 90. After an hour of fiddling with the A/C, we determined the main unit was dead and only the bedrooms were being cooled. Maintenance admitted that there had been trouble with the A/C before and asked me to power cycle it. (Uh oh.) They got a technician out the next day. After two technician visits, the main A/C worked for half a day then failed again. So for most of our stay, only the bedrooms of the house were livable. Good management would have checked the property before we arrived and noticed the problem, and then taken responsibility for it. This management was only reactive and gave a pretty insulting 10% discount. So we paid over $600/night for a property without any indoor space for our family gathering.

Beautiful property

This is a great space with an immaculate back yard area. Home was clean and well-maintained. Host was quick to communicate with me. Only issue was the air conditioning went out early in the day on the second day of our stay and they didn’t get anyone out to fix it until the next day. The majority of our guests left early because it was uncomfortably stuffy and warm. I don’t see this as an ongoing issue, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to others.

The house is as advertised. The house was clean and ready for us. The backyard was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, but still only a few minutes away from shops and restaurants.

SW retreat

Property was great.. plenty of room to do our team event in an easy to get to location. Backyard was beautiful and we had a great time. Company responded promptly to our emails. Fireplace inside the den, and outside firepit…. Neither worked which we were really looking to enjoying. Den temperature was comfortable at about 72, but we couldn’t get the temperature lower and the bedrooms being much warmer than den and which we couldn’t change made sleeping for all of us hard. Very clean. Outside hot tub was hot but bubbles couldn’t be turned on. Overall great house with wonderful potential if the everything had worked.

Family fun

Great place for a family get together. Each family had their own room that allowed them to go to bed early or sleep late. We were able to cook meals and watch football.

Excellent girl’s trip!!!

No electronics

All of the electronics were out in the house. There was no WIFI, no tv, no home theater and no video games. We complained when we arrived and it wasn’t fixed until five days later after about thirty messages with the property manager.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

My family and I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend to get some R&R. We chose this home because of the pool, size of the home, its cleanliness, and it did not disappoint. We had a really great time and left rested and refreshed. The owners communicated well and ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

TCU Game

A group of 8 buddies flew in to go to a football game at TCU. The property was a short drive to the stadium. Huge house, plenty of space, very clean. Great place to hang out and relax

A wonderful house - so much more than expected

The house is amazing, definitely one of our favorites. There is nothing lacking here - plenty of great outdoor space, lots of options for places to sleep, well-appointed beds, baths, and kitchen. Management is excellent (we have rented from them in the past), and they are excellent with communication. Easy process and they checked-in a few times during the stay. This was a wonderful experience for us, and most of that is due to the house.

Access to Arlington and the home is made for entertaining the family!

Easy access to Rangers and Cowboy stadium. It's also close to grocery store. It has an amazing backyard with a grill, swimming pool (played water volleyball) and a great outdoor sitting area where you can relax with green plants everywhere. Upstairs is a game room where the kids plugged in their game consoles, it had a foosball table and pool table. It also has a poker table so don't forget to bring poker chips! Plenty to do around the house. Really enjoyed the stay.

Work trip success

Brought my family to the area for the week while I traveled. The pool is only 5’ deep which is great for the kids, the koi pond was very cool. Super spacious, clean, and the owners were always available if I ever had questions. The house had everything we needed and then some.

VRB Mess Up

Booked property and had communication several times regarding rental. Upon (arrival 1 hour) I received a call stating that there was a system glitch and home was double booked. We were asked to leave the property immediately. They did find us another home about 30 minutes away and provided credit for the error. Huge inconvenience as we had multiple family members involved.

Relaxing Get-away

Truly relaxing weekend. I celebrated my 30th birthday here with a small group of friends. The house has everything you could need and is big enough that everyone can do their own thing! Beds are comfortable, pool and hot tub are the perfect temp! My only complaint is that the AC did not reach certain parts of the house, making for a sweaty sleeping situation. Other than that it was perfect stay!

Awesome Family Getaway Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Kennedale. The house, backyard, pool, and amenities were as described and even better!! We enjoyed the pool table and video game console in the evenings, and had SO much fun playing in the beautiful pool during the days. The kitchen is outfitted with every appliance and utensil you could need, and the outdoor kitchen/grill area is awesome! We grilled both nights we were there. The backyard gazebo is lovely for outdoor dining and playing cards/games in the shade. The beds were all very comfortable with high end linens, and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The property manager was extremely quick and friendly in answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

A great home!

The home was very clean, had everything we needed, and had wonderful amenities. The neighborhood was great also. Lot's of great places to walk our dogs and close enough to the grocery store. The kids enjoyed the pool, fish pond, and pool table also. The owner was extremely responsive and kept in touch. We forgot some things at the house and the cleaning crew found them and the office sent them to us right away. We would definitely stay here again.
