We spent the weekend with no water & no explanation why. We arrived Sat. & the water was not working. We notified the Prop. Mgr. He said it was a priority & that the water would be back soon. We left Mon. & the house still had no water. We chose this prop. because it was a 15 min. walk to AT&T Stadium & we had tickets for the Cowboys game. The location was great, but the lack of water & failure to provide us with the basis for the outage was inexcusable. We asked several times if there was a water shut off valve we could access to turn on the water. The prop. mgr. never answered. The prop. mgr. did offer another house. By Sat. nite, the toilets were nasty since we could not flush them. We used bottled water to brush our teeth & wash our hands. We went to the other prop. which was a 20 min. drive away to take showers. We checked the City of Arlington website which listed no water outages. The next door neighbor said he had water. By Sun. nite the toilets were disgusting & we had to keep the bathroom doors closed to limit the smell. We left Mon. but could not shower. We paid a prem. price to rent this prop. for the 15 min. walk. Moving to a prop. a 20 min. drive away would have defeated the purpose of renting a prop. that was walking distance. The failure to: explain why the water was out, to call a plumber, to respond to whether the water shut off valve was the cause of the outage, & failure to fix the problem was totally unacceptable.
