Dejó mucho que desear el servicio. Hotel normalito
El hotel estaba alejado del centro de la ciudad. Perfecto para visitar el valle de glencoe y algunas cosas mas. Tenia parking grande. La habitacion normal, con baño tirando a sencillo. Cuando llegamos no había ascensor y ni se molestaron en ayudarnos a subir a la 4° planta con las maletas ni regalarnos un desayunos. Pusimos para limpiar la habitación y dejaron TODO, tal cual, con toallas mojadas y camas sin hacer, nos quejamos al menos por las toallas. La verdad que para ser un hotel grande y parecia pijo, muy decepcionante todo en general. Lo mejor fueron las vistas del hotel.

I'm sorry to hear that your room was not serviced during your stay I will pass your comments onto the housekeeping team to ensure mistakes like this are missed in the future. Es un hotel un poco viejo, pero aceptable. El desayuno genial y la atención en el comedor muy bien. El recepcionista que nos atendió muy poco amable, no se si por ser españoles y no entenderle muy bien, no se digno a hablar mas despacio para su entendimiento.

Hotel aceptable como 3 estrellas, sin internet.
Solo estuvimos una noche y para ello el servicio fue bueno. El restaurante regular y lo peor es que no tenia servicio de internet en las habitaciones, había que ir al lobby para una mala conexión. Esto es increible a esta altura del desarrollo de la tecnología.

Property needs renovation and maintenance. Food sometimes good, sometimes bland. Very friendly staff doing their best. Reasonable value for money. Parking is spacious and safe.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein, der Teppich alt und verdreckt. Das Bett ist so klein und kurz, das die Füße herausragten. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Der Frühstücksraum ähnelt einem uralten Ballraum, das Frühstück selbst war so ziemlich das schlechteste, was man hätte haben können. Es gab weder Wurst noch Käse. Anstatt Eiern gab es lediglich das wohlbekannte „Rührei“ aus dem Tetra Pak, welches allerdings nicht einmal richtig durchgebraten wurde. Für ein Zimmer im 200€ pro Nacht-Bereich muss man etwas deutlich besseres erwarten können. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr schlecht, hatte seine besten Zeiten in den Sechzigerjahren und wirkt wie eine große Abzocke.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The hotel needing upgrading. Rooms clean but beds very uncomfortable. The food in the dining room was terrible and seemed like it was all pre packaged and microwaved with no taste or flavour. Drinks needed to be gotten from the bar. They were not served at the table.The bar person this day was very unfriendly. There was no tea or coffee service after dinner. We were told it was shut off but a kind wait staff member got me a coffee from the kitchen.

Albergo in ristrutturazione e con cantiere in corso, presenza di topi che girovagano nei dintorni dei materiali di lavorazione. Camera umidissima e piena di muffa, il bagno non dispone di impianto di ventilazione. Posto fuori dal centro di Fort William e per muoversi serve la macchina o il taxi. Assolutamente sconsigliato

Staff acted almost annoyed with any interaction at all. The restaurant has very limited menu (definitely not what’s listed online) & our room was rundown,outdated & uncomfortable It certainly isn’t worth what they charge.

A member of staff was very helpful and took my suitcase to the 1st floor for me. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Parking - I managed to park but it was irritating that quite a few people did not park very well and left spaces which were a bit too narrow for a car. If only they had parked within the white lines! So I had to look around for a suitable space. Finally I think this hotel has a problem with their plumbing as the toilet did not smell fresh.

Two miles from the High Street, it is withing walking distance. The view across the loch is gorgeous. Everything worked, though the carpet is worn, and the floor creaks. Enjoyed the stay.

The property is dated and in poor condition. The floors make noise as you walk and as your room neighbours either side and above you walk or move also. It kept us awake or woke us early in the morning. Not great really

Elevator was down. The least the hotel could do was help take luggage up but no. Room floor board creaks. Except for the shower, toilet and lights, nothing else works. Less than basic amenities. Just terrible!

The elevator was not working and we were booked on the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient with a heavy suitcase. The front desk attendant was very helpful. We had a flat tire and he was great. Both breakfast and dinner were very good.

Difficult to judge as property is currently undergoing refurbishment The staff had excellent customer service skills and were friendly and helpful Our first room had a shower problem, but this was quickly rectified by changing our room. The location is spectacular, the view cannot fail to amaze

1. The beds were flimsy. 2. Elevator was not working. 3. No ventilation in the room without opening the window. 4. Carpet was dirty and was not covering the whole room due to which a ton of dirt was accumulated on the room edge.

This hotel was perfectly adequate though the room was very dated. The bed was really comfortable. The linen was clean. The room and the bathroom were very tired. Lots of dirty marks on the ceiling, black on some of the grouting, ill fitting toilet seat, no toilet roll holder and cheap toilet rolls. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exterior of the hotel had scaffold all around it. I presume they are doing repairs or painting the exterior, but certainly some money should be spent on modernising the rooms. Foyer and dining area were lovely. I would definitely stay there again as a stopover. Not sure I would want an extended stay, in the room we had.
