"We had the apartment all to ourselves, and it was clean and stocked with food and treats. It was located in a nice, safe, quiet, interesting neighborhood where we enjoyed taking walks. The hosts made themselves available when needed, but also left us alone to enjoy our stay."

"The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. "We had a really lovely time at Patricia's suite. We only stayed for one night, but we found that the suite was easy to access, the bed was very comfortable. I loved browsing through the little library in the bedroom. We had no trouble parking and it is a very cute neighborhood with restaurants a short walk away. "

"The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down...

"Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do.
