My family and I stayed in this condo in July of 2025. We were impressed by the size of the unit! Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom. This worked out wonderfully for our t(w)een daughters. My husband and I appreciated that the master suite is quite a distance from the other two bedrooms (allowing for privacy). The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked multiple meals each day. Also, the washer and dryer came in handy after long days on the beach. Although you cannot see the beach, we were able to see the ocean with no problem. Personally, I found the sand dunes lovely. We also liked the fact that the unit is on the first level and the bunk beds feature full-sized mattresses. The balcony is large as this is a corner unit. The property managers were very responsive and friendly. The cons of this unit are as follows:-Many of our neighbors smoked. This made our balcony time less enjoyable. It would be nice if this were a non-smoking facility, but that might be impossible to regulate. -There were a few “flying roaches” outside on the balcony and near the front door. I chalked this up to the coastal environment, but I was appalled to find two of the insects in the living room of the unit. -Tiny ants were crawling on the kitchen countertops. -The pool was a bit small, but our tweens loved it.
