We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The ocean views from the top floor were absolutely amazing — we never got tired of sitting on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins. The location was perfect: quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and it truly felt like home. We stayed the entire month of January and were very comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again! We loved having several pickleball courts within 15 minutes, Jet, Ferry, and Mooney park & Run With It, and the Rec Center. Great food, drinks, and entertainment within walking distance at Fubar, AJ’s, and the little bar next door in Beal — so fun! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great experience! Had one little issue with the WiFi but the host was easily accessible and walked me thru fixing it. The view from the condo was amazing. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is a beautiful condo and a great location. They have tall chairs on the balcony so you can see over the balcony railing. We loved sitting out there and just looking at the beautiful beach and water. We saw dolphins a couple times. We did have an issue and the hosts promptly remedied the issue. They were so nice and went above and beyond what you would expect from a host so we would have a great vacation. We had beach service which is a nice perk to have chairs and an umbrella waiting on the beach. Thank you for your hospitality and the use of your beautiful condo. We really loved it!!

Condo was beautifully decorated and was in the perfect location for walking across the street to Strewbys and the Steamer. We ate at them every night of our stay. Great seafood. Already looking forward to returning next year!

Frank and Marta are incredible host, they were so helpful and accommodating. They adjusted there in and out time a few ours to match closer to our flight times. The views are absolutely incredible we saw every sunrise and sunsets. I would highly encourage anyone looking to stay in the Okaloosa Island area to book here.

Our family had such a great visit. The condo was well maintained, beautiful decor and a stunning view. It was a great location, close to great restaurants and fun for the whole family. We really appreciated the little touches including a welcome basket of info and goodies and a well stocked activity closet with beach toys, games and more! Great condo

We stayed over Thanksgiving, maybe not the best time to visit the beach. Nonetheless we had a blast! The kitchen was well equipped, enough to cook a somewhat traditional Thanksgiving meal. Almost everything in the condo is new or renovated. It was lovely to hang out on the balcony and watch and listen to the ocean. The building is aging but well maintained.

Excellent Condo

Absolutely wonderful!

This property was wonderful - we have no negatives at all. The view from the balcony was perfect, and the condo interior was great. Very clean and the unit had everything that we wanted. Would definitely stay here again if we go to Fort Walton Beach.

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for my family of 6. My husband and I have twin 1.5yr olds, a 3yr old and 11 yr old and it fit us very comfortably! It was an exceptionally clean place! The owners, Marta & Frank, were so kind. We walked into the condo to a sweet little welcome package. A card, wine, cookies, and special made coffee cups. They were quick to respond to any and all questions I had. They were quick to respond and fix something that we accidentally broke. We decided to stay an extra night and booking that was easy and simple! I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay

The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with seaside decor. All the basics were provided which was very nice and unexpected. Loved the welcome basket! What a sweet surprise! Will stay again.

beach getaway

a 6th floor apartment with a view of the exquisite emerald gulf, this was the perfect vacation. a fun gift basket of snacks and beverages greeted us along with take cute home coffee cups on the kitchen counter. there were plenty of towels, a comfy bed and a washer/dryer for our convenience. beach chairs were set up daily, but taken down around 5 each afternoon, so i suggest you do as we did and run down to walmart and grab a couple of cheap camp chairs for evening beach sitting. be sure to walk across the street to stewbys for excellent fresh seafood meals. there was always a line
