Perfect getaway

Perfect location, perfect size for the family, perfectly equipped! Sparkling clean condo with all the essentials for our extended stay. Beds were comfy, water pressure was great, plenty of towels and linens. Super nice host who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended and we will absolutely be back!

Loved our condo!

The condo has the best views of the gulf. It directly faces the Gulf of Mexico and has wonderful views of the gulf. The condo was very clean and was nicely decorated. The kitchen has most if the things you will need to prepare meals, including a nice array of spices. They even had a container of Tony Chachere seasoning! I highly recommend this unit to anyone. We were in Destin to host our family reunion, and my entire family loved our unit because of its location and styling.

Amazing view and management

Our stay was amazing! The condo is just like it is in the picture. The location being right on the ocean is dreamy! The condo was clean and had plenty of towels, kitchen stuff, etc. the pans are a bit worn but still worked. When we went to use the dryer it was not working. A few texts to Shelley and she was great about getting someone to repair the dryer the very next day! She was super helpful and quick to respond! In fact, my husband accidentally left our expensive bed pillows at the condo and Shelley was able to track them down and meet our friends that were in Destin the next week to return them to us! Top notch condo and top notch management! We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location/ Beautiful views/Get the best of both worlds with a beautiful balcony!

My husband and I found this place for our 17 year wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have been more happy with the location. The condo has a perfect location upon arrival. If your looking for something no too crowed and low key this is your perfect place! My husband and I are not to crazy about huge crowded places where it’s un-enjoyable to just relax and unwind. This location was just the perfect one for us. We had two others join us mid-vacation and came in on Friday. There is plenty of room for all four of us. Our master bedroom had the most comfortable bed we ever stayed in! This is definitely something we look for when traveling, because at the end of a long day at the beach you just want to have a good nights rest and be refreshed in the morning. My husband even mentioned that was the most comfortable bed and actually wanted to know what brand the mattress was?! Lol! He never says this! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking supplies and utensils that you may need. The butcher block table is amazing also! Gives it a beautiful touch to the kitchen. The living room sofa is very comfortable and the TV is easy to navigate. The balcony- Let’s talk about this beautiful balcony with wonderful views!!! It was like our own little private paradise. I absolutely loved the gorgeous views of water. I laid out in the lounger and listened to the waves roll in and it was so peaceful and perfect. The sliding glass door may need some WD -40 but that’s it. Otherwise perfect

Bedrooms need dressers. The primary bedroom was the only room with a dresser and it was not very roomy. With 3 kids under 5 it would have nice to be able to separate their clothes in drawers.

Beautiful ocean view

We loved sitting on the balcony with the ocean view. Felt very safe there with a family oriented setting! The kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty bath towels. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed.

One of the best trips ever!

My boyfriend and I have heard amazing things about Destin/Fort Walton beach. So we decided to book a trip and head down. Well it was the best 5 days we have had in a long time. Shelley was nothing short of amazing, helpful and super sweet. The condo was in the PERFECT location, it was in great shape. We had the best time and even made some great friends down at the jacuzzi! We couldn’t say enough great things about the condo and the beach!

Vacation 2021

Condo exceeded our expectations! Tropical storm Claudette made the start of the week interesting. Shelley personally called prior to check-in with possible water buildup around the sliding glass doors due to the storm and if we had any problems with equipment provided to call. She also sent out an email several weeks before that the elevator closest to the condo could be out of commission. I appreciated being informed and do not consider either as a negative mark with the property. All appliances and electronics worked great. My 6’4” 17 year old struggled fitting in the bunk room but made for great photos! The resort and beach was well secured allowing only families that provide proof into the resort so do not forget your parking pass and bracelets. I followed one of the previous renters tip and had groceries delivered!!! Will rent again for sure
