Just a top notch experience! Jerry and Lisa were fantastic - from the communication, the hands on approach at arrival, and the immaculate condition of the property. While the weather was a bit of a bummer, everything about our time in the condo was wonderful. Would definitely consider bringing the family back.

The condo and view were incredible. Probably the cleanest condo we have had the privilege of staying in. The owners were wonderful to work with, greeting us at check in and walking us through all aspects of amenity access, etc. All beds were comfortable and the condo wasquiet, which alllowed us to sleep well. Our favorite part was the morning coffee in the balcony and enjoying sunrise over the beautiful Gulf. Can’t wait to return. Thanks Jerry and Lisa!

The best place we have stayed in the area! The location is perfect for beach access and view. There is plenty of places to eat in a short distance as well. The room was set up for our little kids thanks to the owners help. They went above and beyond for us, completely unmatched from anywhere else we have stayed. There is plenty of storage in the room, and the layout takes advantage of the view. If you are going as a couple or as a family, we highly recommend this condo!

Stunning Miramar Beach Condo

I stayed at this property for a girls trip with my cousin, Mom & Aunt. This condo is immaculate! We could not believe how fresh and clean it was. Everything about this condo is perfection! Beds are comfortable with quality bedding, kitchen is stocked appropriately with all the tools you could need. Additional beach chairs and towels are provided which is quite nice to not have to pack. And the view from balcony is amazing.The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They offered to do initial grocery shopping for us and stocked our fridge. It was so nice to have that done!! I come to Destin annually and absolutely plan to stay in this unit again!

This property was amazing!!! Beautiful view!!! Great location!!! Everything is just as I expected and better than the pics. The hosts are wonderful, we got the VIP treatment from the moment we arrived!!! We were traveling with a large group who had all booked at the same resort, they were all impressed with the room and the great service we got!!! We are hoping to make it back soon and will definitely stay here again!!!

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom with great ocean view.

While there is a road between the complex and beach, being on the higher floor the road goes unnoticed. The condo is updated with new floors, appliances, countertop, washer and dryer. It comes with everything you would need to have a dinner at home. Toiletries include shampoo and conditioner and for the beach they have towels, chairs, toys for kids. If highly recommend this condo! Thanks Jerry and Lisa for sharing your space.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four, including two young kids (ages 5 and 11). The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the hosts went above and beyond...meeting us upon arrival and even helping with our luggage. We’ve vacationed in Florida many times, and this was easily one of our best experiences yet. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!!

The Klinger’s are amazing to work with. The unit is absolutely beautiful! The views are stunning and the location is perfect. We will be coming back. Surfside is like a second home to us. We have been staying there for years and rented from 2 owners. We have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Property

This condo was FANTASTIC! My kids, ages 19,17 and 12 were with me and there was PLENTY of space. Beds were comfortable and it had everything you needed to make meals at home. The sports court was well maintained and had lights for night time play. The view when you walk in the room is AMAZING! Beach views from every room. The owners are on the property and are super nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was going smoothly.Location of this property is great as well. You have your own private beach entrance and there are chairs, floats, cooler, goggles, sand toys - everything you need!

Best Girls Getaway Experience

I stayed at this place in Miramar Beach with 3 of my closest girlfriends. We were celebrating milestone birthdays together on a girls getaway. Lisa and Jerry were so kind and generous during our trip. On a cloudy morning, they offered to drive us in their golf cart to breakfast like true locals. There was a bad storm during our stay but that didn't put a damper on our party! We did a spa day at the resort and shopped till we dropped at the outlet malls just minutes away. 10/10 would recommend Lisa and Jerry's place for the views, the location and the hospitality!!

2025 Spring Break

Lisa and Jerry were excellent hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The place was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grills available on the property were clean and ready to use. Overall the area felt safe and allowed for our 12 old boys to have some freedom being at the sports deck enjoying basketball. We would definitely stay here again
