Absolutely beautiful condo. Extremely clean. The pictures really don’t do justice for what it really looks like. We felt so comfortable and relaxed there. Ms. Kathy, was so informative and so friendly. It makes sense why it got such high reviews from so many people.

Great Beach Home with a View!

The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the covered balcony was a favorite! Quality furniture on the balcony made it nice to sit and enjoy meals and sunsets all the more! I cooked our dinners and the kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities to do so. The proximity to the beach was perfect, and we would gladly stay here in the future.

Great communication

The condo is as pictured and a good location. It had all the items we needed, including a few beach chairs. I had a few glitches, but Kathy is easy to contact and timely in her response. The cleaning crew overlooked this condo on the day I checked in. Kathy was able to get a crew out to fix the issue and it was very clean once I was able to check in. My code stopped working before checkout, but Kathy texted me a new one immediately. While I know everyone prefers no glitches on vacation, mistakes happen. I was very impressed with Kathy’s quick response and resolution when an issue would arise.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view. Loved the size of the condo. Loved that there were beach chairs, a few beach toys and umbrella to use. We drove so we liked that the parking was secure. We were missing the parking pass, but that was taken care of. The place was also dusty but not that big of a deal.

Perfect getaway!

We love this location because it is so close to the beach and the condo perfect for our family. This is our second time renting a property managed by Kathy and she is wonderful, very attentive and quick to respond if we had any issues. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

It was a wonderful week. Location was great! I loved sitting on the balcony every morning hearing the ocean and watching the waves. We had eight people (all ages) and we fit perfectly! Kathleen was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

Our stay was fantastic. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved the views from our balcony. Seeing the beach and breathing in that fresh beach air. The walk to the beach was a quick one. And there are two locations to rinse the sand off our feet. The pools were large and clean. The kids loved to swim! The beds were comfortable to sleep. The place was nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and do recommend this condo!

Beautiful Views & Well-Stocked Kitchen

My kids (ages 11-19) and I enjoyed our time at Seas the Day! The views are lovely, especially sunset. It was a comfortable, scenic 10-min walk to the beach, or you can drive through the resort to the private parking lot right across the street from the beach. The kitchen has lots of great cooking accessories. Everything was clean. The extra beach accessories and toys on the balcony were a nice surprise because we forgot our beach umbrella. Great, personable communication with Kathy, our property manager. The couch and chairs in the living room are a little worn but very comfortable. The pools are fun, and we scoped out the tennis courts and basketball courts for next time. There's a delightful 2 Birds Coffee & Cafe with healthy but delicious breakfast and lunch options and an ice cream shop at the back entrance to the resort (within walking distance). I recommend!

Great condo for family!

Loved our stay at the condo. Not our first time at Seascape or Ariel Dunes. Highly recommend this property. Kitchen has everything we needed, beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards), great outdoor seating and dining space. No SMART Tvs, so bring your own Roku!

Very nice accommodations

The unit was nice and very clean upon arrival. The views were great. Location is good with ability to walk to the beach and lots of nearby dining and shopping. The pool and common areas were a little disappointing, but we came for the beach and that did not disappoint!
