Beautiful home

We loved our time at Sea You Soon! The beds were all super comfortable, plenty of space for the kids to play. It is a distance (about 1.5 miles) to the closest public beach access where you can park a car or golf cart, but otherwise a great experience. The owner, Kerri, was very quick to reply when we reached out about various things. 10/10 recommend this house as a place to stay if wanting to visit the Sea Grove/30a area

Great accommodations

Had a great time here. Plenty of room. Kitchen stocked nicely. Lots of room in family area. Tv’s in all bedrooms great screened in porch. Golf cart and bikes were great. Close enough to beach. I wish the city had more parking at public beach. Food store right next door. Great pool for children and nice playground Shunk Gulley restaurant had great grouper and atmosphere

The Griffins Spring Break 2024

We just finished our spring break down in Seagrove. The house we stayed at was absolutely five star. We could not have asked for anything better. They had everything you could possibly want and the communication with the owner was top-notch. We only had a couple of minor Things happen while we were there and they were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this location to any family and we look forward to spending many more vacations at this house. We cannot thank you enough for a great family getaway. Top-notch.

Amazing

This lovely home had everything you possibly need for a week away with the family. Spacious and comfortable for a large family. The location was ideal. Just a short jaunt to the beach, pool restaurants and grocery store. I would highly recommend and will be coming back.

Perfect spring break

House is spotless clean! I couldn’t find anything wrong with the house! Kitchen is loaded with everything you need and more! And everything is brand new. Beds were excellent, water pressure in the shower was great! Nice towels and sheets. Having the golf cart made the whole experience even better. Kids used the bikes all day. Publix is just around the corner. I walked to the beach through Lily Ln trail a few times (easy nice walk or bike ride on a path in the woods) but most of the days I just drove the golf cart. Super quick! The communication with the owner was constant, informative and extremely helpful. One of our bikes was stolen and she used her contacts in the neighborhood and got the bike back in less than 24h. Make sure you lock up your bikes correctly… some teenagers think it’s fun to steal other people’s bikes. It happens a lot during spring break, I heard. I would totally stay at this house again! No doubt.

Couldn’t have been better

We had a fabulous time for our first time . Every amenity was available. The owner went over and above suggesting grocery stores, restaurants and specialty stores. She sent us info on all the events happening in Seagrove during our stay. The property was immaculate. Would definitely consider renting from her again.

Amazing Property

My family had such a get time at Sea You Soon. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and we all had so much room. The place was nice clean and had everything we needed. The only callout is that the driveway in the back by the garage is small so if you have a larger vehicle like a Yukon XL, you will need to park parallel and no more vehicle will be able to park back there. It was the perfect distance to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely be back. I do highly recommend Sea You Soon

Getaway with the grandkids

This home was perfect for our large group! Everyone was comfortable and slept well. There was plenty of hang out space. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porches! The kitchen was fully (above and beyond) outfitted with utensils, serving pieces, and cookware. It’s beautiful, clean, and well located with a short walk to the fabulous pool area. (There is also a playground, a swing area, and walking trails.) Neighbors are close, but it was quiet at night and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We ladies even had a neighbor stop and help us strap up our luggage rack the morning we left! It’s a great community. And the golf cart was so much fun!! We drove it to the pool and to the beach and Publix. We all agreed we would come back again.

Great stay and wonderful host

The house is clean and nicely decorated. In addition, the high ceilings gave it an even roomier feel to the place that you appreciate more in person. We were 3 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. The upstairs outdoor porch comes with a swing and is a great lounging area for the family at night. Kerri was a great host...super accomodating and readily available to answer any questions. Gathering place where the pool and BBQ area is a quick walk. There's also playground area as well. Beach, restaurants and supermarket are a short drive away and we all had such a great vacation and would definitely return.

Amazing stay

We had an awesome experience at Sea You Soon. From the very beginning Kerri made our booking so easy and answered every question we had. The community is wonderful with so many things to do. We had 2 busy toddlers with us so it was so nice to be so close to Seaside and the beach. The golf cart was a highlight for us, truly made things so much easier. We will be back again soon!! Thank you Kerri for allowing us to make such wonderful memories here!

2 Families - 10 Total People - 30A Secret

My family and our friends felt like we had the best experience we’ve ever had at 30A. Keep in mind that it was 4 adults and 6 kids (ages: 2, 6, 7, 9, 13, & 14) as I explain why. The owners have paid attention to all the details: For example, the home is fully stocked with more than you need regarding kitchenware, beach items, linens….all the details are covered. We truly only needed to go to the store for food and specific essentials that you would expect (paper towels, toilet paper, spices, seasonings, etc..). The location was truly fantastic for us as well. The property has all you need onsite to relax as an adult and also keep the kids busy as well. Two pools (adult and kids), multiple playgrounds, basketball court, etc….. Lastly, the golf cart was awesome and you are literally a 4-6 minute golf cart ride from the beach all the action on 30-A if that’s where you want to go. Seaside square is literally less than a mile from the home. Lastly, the owners reached out the perfect amount to check in and make sure we had all we needed to enjoy their home. I personally appreciated their engagement. I will recommend this property to anyone going down there and we will certainly stay again.

Beautiful home

This home was advertised perfectly! There was tons of space for a family of 8 and it felt clean and comfortable. The golf cart was definitely a plus to go down to the beach or run to the grocery quickly.

Great time!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this house and once again, we were not disappointed. The owner has everything you could need at the house and the space was perfect for our group of friends and family. We are hoping to stay here again next year!

Fall Break 2020

Great house! Everything we needed including extras like trash bags and dish soap so we didn’t even need the ones we brought. Very clean and house had everything we needed. Bikes and golf cart were such great additions. Owner communicated wonderfully and was so gracious to let us in once cleaners wrapped up. No complaints and highly recommend you rent here if you are heading to Seaside!

Sea You Soon at NatureWalk was AMAZING

Everything about this place was amazing. Clean, very well appointed and was perfect for our group. We had 3 families of 4 (6 adults, 3 boys and 3 girls ages 6-10) and the 3 master setup was perfect for each family to have their own little place to escape and dress for the day/evening. Fortunately for our kids ages the girls took the bunk room and the boys took the bonus room, but with kids much older it could get a little tight. But for our 12 it was perfect!!! The owner was great to work with throughout and the local manager was full of great information and helpful hints. When we go back to 30A we will definitely look to book this home first!!!
