Amazing beach access

Great condo with everything you need. Great communication with owner. Loved the direct access off our balcony. Never had to use the elevator to get to the beach and pool.

Excellent condo & great communication!

This condo was exactly as described! Short walk to the beach! Andree was wonderful to communicate with me from time of booking until checked out. We were short washcloths for a family of 9 & Andree had more dropped off the next morning! Great service! The only issue we had was with the rental chairs that were provided with stay. We did not know that owners got the front chairs closest to the water. We understood it was first come first serve, but not that owners got first dibs no matter what. An owner complained that we sat in our beach chairs at the waters edge. We "obstructed their view". We were asked to move for a certain owner, we disagreed with being ask to move, but in the end we moved down & had much better beach goers around us that didn't complain & actually had great conversations with us. Other than that, we had an amazing vacay & enjoyed the condo & property! Perfect location! Less crowded beach!

Perfect Beach Vacay

This condo is so great, we chose for location and ease of access to the beach. We had 1 & 3 yo plus our older parent and didn't want the long hallway walk, wait for the elevator ect every time we wanted to get out-here just open the patio door and walk down the stairs to the boardwalk. The manager was great! Always available by phone for questions. She helped me with arranged crib rental drop off and return (there is a pack play and highchair in the unit), sent periodic messages about the trip/payments ect, and was able to help coordinate check in with two others in our group. The condo is well stocked. There were tons of beach items in the condo- maybe too much? Could be organized a little better or have some shelving installed in the closet, we opened the door and everything kinda spilled into the hall but the kids were well entertained! Our stay was quiet but all of the people we met were very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Great communication with property owner , check in was easy, one bedroom coverlet was dirty and needed cleaned, bathrooms were all clean as well as the rest of unit. Overall are stay was great.

Everything You Need

This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well-stocked, some beach things, heated pool, hot tub, and easy beach access. Communication with Andree is easy and she responds promptly - even above and beyond when I had a specific question. Three generations stayed for this trip and we all had our own space - condo was laid out nicely. Thanks for the memories. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful stay!

In over 20 years of staying at Mainsail, this is one of the best units that we've had! Everything was clean, and the location with the walk-up was convenient with young kids and my mom. We especially appreciated the beach gear, and the communication with Andree was great. Couldn't have asked for anything more, and we hope to stay here again!

Great week stay!

What an amazing trip! First, I’d just like to highlight the communication and organization that made this trip an absolute breeze. Andree’ has everything laid out and ready to go. She replies to all emails, texts, and calls promptly. I applaud the time and dedication she puts into running her rentals because I was completely blown away. We got to meet Andree’ and her husband while staying at the condo. They were both so helpful and welcoming to get us settled in. We loved the condo we stayed in, it was a great location and our children had an absolute blast on the beach and at the pool. It was a wonderful vacation overall with lots of memories made. We felt like our 6 days flew by and were incredibly sad to go. We can’t wait to start planning our next trip to Florida! Perfect beach condo

Condo is just as described. Location is perfect. Right on the beach. Condo has everything you need. Beds are comfy, the 3 baths were great too! Miramar beach is close to everything but not as crowded as the Destin area. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

We had the best time making new memories with old friends! The owner of the condo was absolutely amazing! She made everything so easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Always made sure that we knew she was available at all times! The condo was fabulous for us! We could walk right down the steps from our balcony (1st floor), down the boardwalk deal to the beach. I LOVED that part! Our feet stayed clean after leaving the beach! It couldn’t have been a better stay!

Great Mainsail vacation

Great visit with two other couples to Mainsail August 21-28. The weather was great as was the experience. The condo was beautiful, very close to the beach , and a major plus was the ice maker that churned out 20 pounds of ice. Special shout out to owner Andree' McDonald when an area power outage delayed check-in. This lady is on top of everything and will take good care of you. THANKS Andree' !!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!!

Our family of 5 (including grandma) has been vacationing in Miramar/Destin for 6 years. This is the best rental ever. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, well stocked (actually overstocked! LOL) and Andree is the nicest person on the planet. The communication was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the Murphy bed gave our teen son his own space. All King beds and 3 bathrooms was heaven!!! We went to the beach EVERY day and the access to the beach is soooo convenient. The included beach set-up is a bonus. The view is breathtaking. We plan to rent this condo again. I really cannot say enough about how fabulous you made our trip and it felt like staying in a home not a rental. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!

We will be back!

We loved everything about our stay. We have been coming to mainsail condos for many years, but this condo was by far our group’s favorite. The condo was clean with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the Murphy bed was a very convenient feature that allowed someone extra to stay in the living room with an easy clean up. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great family time

Stayed with my husband and 2 adult sons and their girlfriends, very few places offered all king beds and a big enough living room for all of us to sit. Beautiful kitchen with ample space. And quick walk out to beautiful beach. Pretty quiet area also. Enjoyed our time there, too short though. We’ll be back.
