This was such an enjoyable experience! The property and the condo are just perfect. A very short walk to the beach was just what we were looking for, and the owner was very responsive to every question. She obviously wanted to make her guests as comfortable as possible. It was a great choice in every way.

Highly recommend this condo. It was amazing! Belinda (condo owner) is awesome and very detailed. Loved this about my stay and the communication was great! Miramar Beach is beautiful! Looking forward to going back.

The condo fit our needs perfectly! Very short walk to the beach, a beautiful pool, the condo was well stocked with anything you might need, we enjoyed the free tram to Baytown Wharf, and the best of all was the accommodating and helpful host, Belinda. She was so kind, quickly replied to questions about our stay, and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable.

Excellent Condo

The condo was very clean and stocked with necessities and more better than anywhere we have ever stayed. The condo and the owner are top notch. Everything about this unit is excellent. I would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to rent again. Pool and beach access are excellent also.

Wonderful week!

It was an amazing week. Our family of 4 came to meet up with other school families, for our kids 8th grade trip! And I loved the location of the condo, and everything that was available in the condo-extra things I didn’t need to bring or buy, it was already there, so wonderful. Our other friends had to buy things like ketchup, garbage bags, dishwasher soap etc and all was supplied to us and I loved that.

Awesome property

The owner was a total joy to work with and rent from. She had such attention to detail and anticipated your needs down to the smallest thing! The rental unit was very clean and organized and felt very welcoming and peaceful. It really was one of the nicest beach condos I have rented! I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future!

Kimble’s Amazing Beach Condo

Before our visit, the property manager was very personable, communicating with us on how many beach towels we needed, the age of our grandkids staying in a condo nearby so that they could leave them a surprise toy. They gave us all the information we needed prior to visiting, and the condo was amazingly stocked for our convenience with paper products, salt pepper spices cooking oil; laundry, dishwashing, and many Essential products. Not to mention packs of Mentos by the bed. We travel yearly with 18 people and shared with our group what a great Condo that we had found. Not to mention the beach chairs, Toys And umbrellas. Everything in this condo was of the best quality and very clean. The furniture and Wall hooks were built for efficiency and convenience during your stay. It was an amazing beach condo. Thanks, Belinda Kimble for all of the hard work & special touches that you put into making our stay the best ever!! We will definitely be back for many more beach trips.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that has it all this is it. I’ve never stayed at a rental that was set up and managed as perfectly as Belinda’s. She has thought of absolutely everything you would want and need while on vacation. We will definitely be renting with her again.

Above and beyond

If you have read any of the other reviews, you will know that if you rent this condo, you will be very well taken care of. Belinda goes way above and beyond, from the communication you will receive before you arrive, to the ease of checking in, to the all the little touches she does to make you feel very welcome, to the checkout process, which she allowed us to stay longer due to no one coming in the next day. - The condo itself was perfect for my wife and I. The location is a minute walk to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach. - Everything you need for the beach is at the condo—chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, sunscreen, etc. - The condo is in a beautiful gated resort area with a golf course - We parked on the upper parking garage. The condo is right through the doors and past the elevators so it made it very easy to bring in our stuff and groceries - The kitchen isn't huge but works perfectly and is the best-stocked kitchen I have seen in a VRBO There are many more things we can say about the place, but just trust me, if you rent from Belinda, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Stay

The stay at Belinda’s condo was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Fully stocked with everything a great vacation needs. The pool was perfect and the beach was just a short feet away. The cleanliness of the property was amazing. Just one problem— we should have stayed longer. 😀😀

We LOVED staying at this property! So much so that we've already scheduled a return visit for next year! Belinda was AMAZING to work with and had everything ready to go for us upon arrival! She even left little gifts for our children and they're still talking about how excited that made them! Overall super clean property and condo, great location, and great views!

Best VRBO experience ever

This has by far been my best experience with a VRBO rental. Belinda is the best host ever. We traveled with my 8 month old and Belinda had the pack-n-play set up before we got there and there was a high chair so I didn’t have to worry about where my daughter would eat or sleep. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and stocked with every essential you would possibly need. Belinda is a conscientious and amazing host. I would recommend one of her condos to anyone who plans on visiting Sandestin.

best condo experience

AWESOME! Best condo experience. Belinda(owner) committed herself to ensuring her guest are well informed from the first email sent. The Sandestin complex looked clean and maintained. The condo itself was clean, equipped with all modern appliances, and had everything else most of use at home. Spectacular view of the beach and ocean from patio, living room and the bedroom. The courtyard welcomed you with its set up of palm trees, outdoors pools and lounge chairs. The unit itself was huge, very clean and organized. To my surprise it was pleasantly quite.(sometimes no matter the season of travel or event, condo walls can be thin and hallway noise raises your eyebrows). Not this one. The building was about a 3rd full and I stayed 4 nights. No regrets whatsoever! As a matter of fact, if and when I return to this particular part of northwest Florida, I hope to secure the exact same unit. Much thanks to Belinda and her team. You folks made the accommodations experience AWESOME!

Both the condo and Belinda were amazing! I can not say enough good things. We had everything we needed and Belinda makes sure you have all the essentials so you don’t have to worry about anything. We had all the beach stuff we needed, laundry pods, all the kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, and the condo was right beside of the beach which was perfect! The condo is also located in a great area close by to so many things, while also being at the resort where the beach is not crowded. Belinda also made sure to provide great information so we knew exactly what to do when we arrived and gave us great tips on places close by to go see and do. Our stay couldn’t have been easier or more perfect. I definitely plan on staying here again whenever we visit Miramar beach/Destin again!
