We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed in multiple units and this is my favorite so far. The refrigerator started to shut down and within an hour it was fixed. It does need some new skillets but everything else was perfect. This unit had the best tv programming options. Anyone with kids can appreciate this. Will be rebooking for next year!

Excellent Stay!

My family and I have stayed at this property and exact condominium for 5 years in a row. We couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot! Always clean, comfortable and literally only steps away from the beach. I recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the beach with pets.

The BEST on the beach option for anyone with pets!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I wasn't originally crazy about being on the first floor but it was so much more convenient with our dog! The back patio area seemed like an extension of our condo unit, I was able to walk our door easily and we were able to watch the sunset right from our porch. It was so convenient. We will definitely be staying here again! ***The ONLY thing that I would have loved to have, was a laundry basket! & how minor is that?! Not a big deal at all. We just ended up using one of our large reusable bags to keep our dirty clothes together. LOVED having full size washer/dryer too!

Very disappointed

We have stayed at Maravilla for the last 4 years at different condos . Always loved the proximity to the beach. Not only were we disappointed with the condos cleanliness but it was not well equipped. The sofas were so dirty we had to go purchase a throw to cover them , the frying pan were so used we bought new as well . We were booked there for 3 weeks and the owner left only 1 roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels . No vacuum to help with the sand , only a old broom . The property has really gone downhill . Very dirty outside the doors , the walk and the parking lot . There are small fences around the air units that are green with mold as are the air units . It was gross to look at each day . The owner of the condo offered to come and clean the sofa but when I ask how long that would take I never got a response. It should have been done BEFORE we arrived . Our very first morning there we were woken up at 7am with very loud sounds of work being done on the condo above us . That went on thru most of our stay in the mornings and thru out the day into the evening. We were told , it’s off season so they can’t control who does remodel work on there condo . The gate to the beach was broken so twice we were locked in the beach area until someone came by to open for us . Finally someone taped up the lock so the guest could get out . The condo looked great in the pics and they have done a good job on the update but it’s just too dirty around all the doors and the sofas . They should have cared that we booked for 3 weeks and have had the condo clean and stocked accordingly.

Great condo close to the beach

This is a great spot to stay! Central to the outlets and Destin. Plenty of parking and easy access to the beach! Newly remodeled and very well done. Very well stocked with essentials for a week or longer stay. Highly recommended!

Loved it!

This condo was perfect! The location to the beach, pool, and pompano Joe’s was fantastic! We also loved having the grassy area right outside with the walking/biking access super close. The owners were great at communicating with us through email and the condo was clean and updated! We will be staying here again!
