This condo was PERFECT. We stay in this area many times but this has to be my fav condo this far!l Laundry room is right at the front door and there was stuff in there you can use for the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, etc. The beach is only a walk across and less than 5 minutes. Also the beach area was the least crowded in all of Miramar, which we loved so much. Communication prior and during our stay with management is easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would def stay at this place again .

Perfect condo

This is a perfect condo. So very clean and well appointed. The communication leading up to our stay was wonderful. Our last place would barely share any information, so having all the details about the complex and rental well beforehand was so appreciated. My Mom and I really enjoyed our stay what with the super comfortable bed, wide balcony and well stocked kitchen. Someone really put some thought into the small details, like hooks in the shower for poofs, throws for the couch, lots of utensils in the kitchen and the like. I would be happy to stay at this condo again.

Shower leaked into the condo below us. We were told this was the 3rd time this happened. So we were unable to use the shower until it was fixed. Had to leave for hurricane. No refund. Only stayed 1 night there

Amazing vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property! It was beautiful just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. I really liked the decor as well. I would recommend and definitely stay again!

May at Miramar Beach

Our condo was perfect. Very clean and great location to all we were doing. Could walk to everything and to the gorgeous beach across the street. The property was very well kept and pool was beautiful. Condo was large and well stocked. Communication with management was easy. We absolutely loved our stay!

Welcoming

Condo was everything we expected. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room, clean and recently updated. Just a walk across the road and at the beach. Has a rained off station before entering back into the pool. Quiet and clean property. Close to anything you need or want. Chairs in the closet were broken but we wen to the blue umbrella on the beach and they were first come first serve so we got setup for two each day.

Love the Salt Life

Spacious accommodations and gorgeous views made our stay a little slice of heaven! Enjoyed waking up each morning with coffee and a killer beach view! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 pools to cool us off. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Condo

This property has been updated throughout and was very clean. Great view of the ocean. Key pad entry was very convenient and covered parking a bonus. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds which would be great for a girls weekend or older children who don't want a twin. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Renting the property was easy, information sent to you a few days before arrival. Loved the gated property to keep others out. Not overly crowded. Would rent again.

Nice condo but issues with air conditioning

Overall enjoyed the stay. However had issues with the air conditioning. Could not get the unit cool due to thermostat being raised continuously by management or owner. At the price point of the condo, I would have liked to have been able to keep it a comfortable temperature. Had to get up each night and turn the thermostat down as it had been turned up remotely

Fabulous condo

This condo was wonderful. Very clean, spacious, well stocked for cooking, comfy furniture, comfortable beds, great views. And best of all so close to the beach. We loved it, had a wonderful vacation. We also used some of the free passes for a dolphin cruise and snorkeling. You cannot go wrong with this condo!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful apartment! Everything as advertised. We had some maintenance issues that were beyond the owner's control. Maintenance staff and the property manager were very responsive. Owner compensated us for the inconvenience.

Not happy with condo.

Rented from Foreverrentals. Tubs and sinks were stopped up, did not drain. Called maintenance to unstop all. Leak from wall large puddle of water in DR. Floors filthy. Not happy. 7th. Time at Amalfi.

Best area in Miramar Beach.

The condo is larger than it looks in pics. Large laundry room right at front door! Pools were never crowded - middle of june. The beach area was the least crowded in all of Miramar beach. Close to a couple of restaurants. If you have anyone in your group who would have trouble with climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. There were 3 beach chairs and a bag of sand toys in the laundry room. The view of the ocean is much closer than it looks in pictures. The condo was fairly clean, but the floors had not been mopped. I talked to the owner about this.
