Gulfview Condo 75 Steps to the Beach - 1st Floor

  • Condominio decorado con buen gusto, listo para la mudanza. Nuevo sofá con un sillón reclinable, mesa de comedor y barra de bar. La sala de estar y el dormitorio tienen televisores de pantalla plana montados en la pared y a los niños les encantan las literas incorporadas. Complejo de condominios cuenta con 2 piscinas, jacuzzi y área de parrillas. Aire central con ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, cocina totalmente equipada y se encuentra en el primer piso, con fácil acceso y salida con equipaje y comestibles. La playa se encuentra a 75 pasos y es de uso privado solo para huéspedes de condominios. No te preocupes por compartir la playa con demasiada gente. 2 sillas de playa, sombrilla de playa se almacenan en el condominio para su disfrute. Solo trae tus toallas de playa y traje de baño. Internet wi-fi, TV por cable y una gran recepción celular son sólo algunas de las comodidades en nuestro condominio. El centro comercial Silver Sands Outlet Mall se encuentra a 3,2 km y Pompano Joe's on the Gulf está a poca distancia a pie para disfrutar de animadas cenas de mariscos. La hora de entrada es a las 4:00 pm y la hora de salida es las 10:00 am. Deberá estar fuera a más tardar a las 10:00 am debido a nuestro equipo de limpieza para nuestro próximo huésped en su fecha de salida. Debe tener 25 años para alquilar. Lo sentimos, nos encantan las mascotas, pero no están permitidos en nuestro condominio. No Fumar.

Great condo close to the beach! The host responded quickly whenever there was a question. Two things I wish the kitchen had, a few more cutting boards and a big cookie sheet or sheet pan.

The room was very clean and the best place to stay in Miramar Beach. The host is the best ever! We can't say anything negative about this property or host! We have been staying here about 7 years and wont stay anywhere else!

Father's Day Weekend Getaway

The location was great—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which was clean, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Best condo in Miramar

The condo is perfect! Very very clean and has restaurants within walking distances. Beach is 75 steps from front door. Fran is the best. We will never stay anywhere else!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this condoIt’s very clean and has everything you would need. Frances was the best host I ever had. Always responded back right away. Extra chairs in condo are great and even sand toys. This condo is close to lots of things.

Best condo in Miramar

It is always very clean. It has a home away from home feel to it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The bed sleeps so good. Its very quiet and very family oriented. We will not ever stay anywhwre else. Fran communicates very well. She is the BEST! She always makes our stay the best.

Best condo in Miramar

It is the best condo in Destin. It is perfect. Its very clean and makes you feel like you are at home. Mrs. Fran and Bruce are the best. They communicate with you from the time you book until your trip is over. We will never stay anywhere else. It is for sure our home away from home. They are the best!

Great location & friendly host!

We absolutely loved our stay! Super convenient to the beautiful beach and pools. The chair/umbrella service was fantastic! Kids liked the bunk beds and we were quite comfortable. Condo was quiet even though many families were staying there. Definitely would return. Thanks, Fran!

Perfect Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 3! We could not have chosen a better place. The beach access is so close and eating places are within walking distance. The condo is so cute and on the ground level. The owners are fantastic. Fran was very quick to respond when you had a question and super friendly! Thank you! We had an amazing time!

We absolutely loved staying at Fran’s place!! Fran was also a fantastic and thoughtful host. We stayed for our honeymoon and in the fridge Fran left a card, two Destin wine glasses that we could keep, and two bottles of champagne. Very proactive with giving information and responsive to my questions. The unit was beautiful, cozy, and clean. The beach was just steps away which was perfect. So much to do around both easily by walking or driving. Bonus that there were nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the unit for us to use. 10/10 recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

Another great stay at Gulfview!

Fran's condo was absolutely great. Gulfview is a great spot at Miramar Beach with the proximity to the beach and some of the best restaurants around. The unit was very clean and furnished nicely. The included beach service is nice as well and much appreciated, as some units it isn’t included. Fran was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! The only "complaints" we had were The patio could use a small fence or gate, very exposed to anyone walking by or in the general area. Could also be updated with a digital door lock vs an old fashioned key. These aren't deal breakers by any means just info for anyone looking.

Absolutely Perfect

Fran was incredible and the condo exceeded our expectations! We hadn't even left yet and my husband already asked me to reach out about next year. The condo was in the perfect location and provided a nice private beach access that remained a lot less crowded than other beach areas. It was all honestly perfect for our family. Laundry is nearby and the pools were perfect as well (although we mostly just enjoyed the beach). We will 100% be back and will book with Fran again!

Perfect for Beach Vacations

The condo is perfect! It is clean, well equipped and the interior is beautiful. The absolutely best thing is the location! Only a few steps from the best beach we ever had in the USA! White Sands and cristal clear blue/green water! Also the communication with the rental owner Fran was very fast and good. I can recommend this condo to everybody. We loved it and we come definetely back! Thanks a lot to Fran for this nice holidays!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the condo at gulf view! The owners went above and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns we might have had. The location of this property is absolutely perfect! We cannot wait until we can come back to visit. This will be our first choice! Thank you, Fran!

Best condo in Miramar Beach

This is by far the best place to stay in Miramar Beach. It's super clean, just the right size, and perfect location. The beach is across the street and u can see it from the porch. The owners are the best! They communicate quickly and are super sweet people. They make you feel like family and it's our home away from home.

Great location!

It was easy access to the beach and restaurants. The pool area was nice and relaxing. Fran the owner was very prompt at getting back to us!

Excellent owners, great apartment and beautiful private beach

First of all let me just say that the vrbo host Fran is super nice . We were supposed to check in on a Tuesday and she emailed us and told us the apartment was clean and available on Monday and offered it to us a day earlier (complementary). The apartment was super clean, kitchen well stocked and the location is right across a private beach that was never really crowded in that section. We used their very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. We cooked some meals in and walked over to crab shack some nights. We had the utmost relaxing and wonderful time and for sure will be back !

Just perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect. Stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful view, next to the pool. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Fran is so friendly! We are hoping to stay here again soon! Thank you for everything!

Best place to stay in miramar

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was very clean and was just like it was suppose to be. The Location is perfect. It's within walking distance to 3 restaurants. The beach is across the street and you can see the beach from the living room. We felt like we were at home. We will be back next yeat.

Stay was amazing!

My husband and I had a great trip here. Very convenient to the beach. The condo was really clean. Everything you would need is included. The property manager was available immediately if we had questions. We will definitely be coming back. Amazing stay!

Best condo in Destin

Would gladly rent this condo again. Highly recommend for cleanliness, great communication with owner, proximity to private beach, Gulf View amenities (2 pools, grilling stations). My family had a great stay with plenty of room for 4 of us in this condo.
