IT WAS AMAZING WE ALL HAD SO MUCH FUN EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT LIKE THE BEACH BUT THE REST OF MY FAMILY DOES THERE WAS PLENTY TO DO. WE LOVED GOING TO MCGUIRES FOR DINNER. WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THIS TO FRIENDS

Summer Trip

Condo is great and will try to stay again. Biggest issue we had is the owner did not provide the correct door code in the “welcome packet” which was concerning and took an awhile with a late check in. Luckily VRBO did have the correct instructions within the reservation. Also, parking is $25 to $30 and not the posted $15 at the RV lot. Again these are oversights that need to be updated for a more accurate description.

Cozy stay!

I like a condo that makes me feel at home as much as possible and this one felt that way! We love that it already had beach towels to use during our stay as well as nice beach chairs and many beach toys and accessories. The communication was wonderful from before our stay all the way to the end. One issue with a bedroom tv not working and they had maintenance at the door within hours replacing it, that was awesome and appreciated! The location was perfect whether walking across the road to the beach or to the pool. Also walking distance to local shops and a couple restaurants. Even grocery stores within a few miles. They have on site security who were all welcoming and friendly, it made us feel safe.

Great location!

The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing. Right across the street from the beach! We had everything we needed for a larger family and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and two kids and I enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy quick walk to the beach. The amenities were incredible! Very comfortable and clean. Rebecca was very responsive and helpful! We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Summer Vacation

Property was nice. Lots of room for everyone. Had a few minor issues that Rebecca took care of right away. The grandkids enjoyed the bunk room. Location was great. 3 minute walk to beach. Will recommend to anyone. Would Rent again. The only suggestion would be to get a sleeper couch. But otherwise a great place. Thank You

My family and I absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back eventually. The master bed was hard though but that’s are only complaint. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Amazing condo

We checked out today after a week, the condo is set up wonderfully for a family, plenty of room and the location is perfect! We walked daily to the beach across the street, loved that the complex was gated and safety of cars was not an issue. It has all kitchen items needed for cooking a meal which was handy for a group of teens! Perfect place and would highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home with us from Oklahoma! Be blessed!

Family Vacation

Excellent property! Location is superb! Extra added touches for a family with young kids was very much appreciated (stool for little hands reaching sinks, beach toys and chairs, pack n play for the baby). Condo was very clean just found the ceilings fans to be a bit dusty and a used paper towel in the bathroom but we still felt very comfortable staying. Check in and communication with owner super easy. Overall an excellent stay! If this condo is available for your dates, do NOT pass this up! We’ll be back!

Great location!!

We loved the condo! Very quite neighborhood and great location! It was furnished and decorated so cute!! The heated pool and hot tub was just what we needed on after a cool walk in the beach!

Amazing location, loved heated pool and hot tub. Super clean and well stocked. Book it!

We stayed here for 6 nights with our family of 7. The location is amazing with the gulf right across the street. Literally a 4 minute walk to the amazing sugar sand paradise. We loved the gated community and heated pool and hot tub. It feels very safe and I like that its small with only 4 stories. The house is well stocked and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, sand toys and plenty of games for the adults and kids to play. The front bunk room was a win for all of us. The 4 kids loved it. We had plenty of space and didn't even use the 3rd bedroom. Well stocked kitchen. We cooked most of our meals. The balcony faces the ocean and was a peaceful place to enjoy. You can hear the ocean! We are sad to leave and wish we could stay longer. If you are thinking of booking it, go for it! You will be happy! Also, because we are in a pandemic I was worried about cleanliness. This place is VERY clean! Nice decor and fluffy white towels and linnens. Excellent communication with the owners. They even texted mid week to see if we needed anything. Check in process was a breeze with a keypad on front door. I loved not having to mess with keys!

Amazing property with the BEST owners. 5☆

First and foremost, the condo is gorgeous, the location is great, and the property owners are amazing. Very friendly, very accommodating, and by far the easiest I've ever worked with. Shortly before check-in, I received a call from Rebecca (the property owner) to inform us of a small hiccup at the condo, something that was completely out of her control yet she and her husband went above and far beyond to ensure that the issue was handled and that we were -very- well taken care of. In all of my travels, I've never had a homeowner work so hard to accommodate myself, my friends, or my family. Do not hesitate to rent this property, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Amazing

Everything with renting this property was great from the beginning to the end. Owners made everything so easy. They stayed intouch and was there if I had any questions. Eventhough there was no need to contact them. The condo is spacious, nice and very clean. Great location easy access to the beach. Me and my family will definitely be back!!!❤❤
