The condo was very clean and well kept. There’s plenty of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, sand toys, even a cooler) in the spare bedroom closet to use. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! Easy access to the pools and the beach. Great location too!

Nice place but very busy!

We enjoyed the stay although not our best time. Consolidated was nice although when we checked in, there was a cleaning bucket left in the middle of the room and the carpet runner was held rolled up. Not a huge deal but a little strange. Beach was incredibly busy. All in all we had a good time.

We loved this condo. It was comfortable, clean , nice furniture and outdoor furniture as well. The wrap around balcony was very nice and enjoyed the ocean view. We would recommend staying here and we would book this for future vacations.

Lovely condo

The condo was clean and just perfect for our 2 small families. It had everything we needed: access to pool, close to the beach (wagon and toys for the beach were at the condo for our use). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Awesome rental!

Our family (3 adults, 2 teens and a pre-teen) stayed at Emerald Eden for Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful. It was clean, had fantastic views and was centrally located. The management company made check-in very easy. All passes were located in the condo when we arrived. The pools were awesome (it was a little chilly the first 2 days so the kids really enjoyed the heated pool), short walk to the beach, places to eat, and shop. This was our first time in Destin & it won't be our last. We will definitely rent this unit or another unit inside the Ariel Dunes complex again. Thanks for a great time!

Corner unit provided lots of windows for light and views. Sunsets were amazing. Beds were comfortable. There were Recommendations provided for restaurants which were nearby and all good. Just be prepared for wind around buildings. According to residents it’s always there due to the way buildings are situated.

Return to Destin

First time back to Destin in 6 years. The condo was very clean and neat. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The owners were good to work with. They even had an Alexa for us to use. We also used it when it was time to check out. We loved staying at Ariel Dunes the last time we were here. We would definitely book again.

The View is the Best!

We loved our time in this condo! The property where it is located is simply beautiful. The proximity to the beach into the Gulf of Mexico is incredibly convenient for a wonderful vacation. The condo has pretty much everything that is needed for a family. However, be aware that there is no beach service included in the rental price. Some of the furnishings in the house are we getting to be a bit outdated, but for the most part, the condo is as advertised. We look forward to returning to Miramar Beach because it is truly a wonderful area in which to vacation. Close to everything you’ll need!

Excellent vacay!!

We will absolutely return to this condo. The bedrooms were great, the master was beautiful with a very large bath. We wish there was a pull out bed in the living room though. we did buy an air mattress for the living room that we were able to take home. The beaches were excellent, great location for what we wanted to do!! We walked to the beach several times each day as we were so close. Did nighttime walks as well! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes for cooking. Great storage for everyone. Cannot wait to return!!

I love Destin

Beautiful condo. Looks just like the pictures...would’ve been 5 stars but unit needs some updates, beach chairs and wake/boogie boards were broken and unusable...as well as guest bedroom has a full size bed instead of a queen....this wasn’t noted in the description. But definitely will stay here again.
