Nothing negative to say . House is perfect ! Pool is just around the corner .Golf cart is perfect for getting to anywhere you need to go. Lots of shopping food and entertainment near by .

Perfect location

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day. It was tickets away in a walkable neighborhood so peaceful when at the house but only a 5 min walk from the Dune Allen beach access. Perfect location for a relaxing beach weekend. The golf cart rental option made our stay so easy too!

We loved this house! It was clean and spacious, and not a far walk from the beach at all. We had 4 kids 6 and under and they all walked to the beach just fine. The pool is right around the corner, and it was not crowded at!

Great Family Vacay!

Great Location- close to the beach, amazing restaurants, community pool! Highly recommend adding on the golf cart for quick ride to the beach and to all the hot spots on 30A. House was great for 2 families- we had 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space for all of us! We love this neighborhood and we will be back next year. Communication with customer service was exceptional and convenient.

Will rent again!

The house was clean and just as pictured. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quaint and I loved the brick streets. The living room furniture was great. Many times large rentals do not have comfortable or even enough seating- not the case here. The wrap around sectional was great! Ample parking for several large vehicles as well. Loved this place, will rent again.

Great service and stay!

We stayed for a week at the beginning of August. We loved the communication from the property managers and they were very responsive when any questions were asked. Especially loved getting a text as we were driving in letting us know we could check in early. Upon arrival, the home was clean and cool. We really did not have any complaints. We did rent the golf cart during our stay, which I highly recommend, and noticed that the tire was flat. Texted the property manager and they had someone out early the next morning to fix it. We've stayed in this same neighborhood two other times and absolutely love this area. We'll be back again next year.

Nice Place for a Relaxing Beach Vacation!

Property was very nice and only a few years old. It was a short drive on the golf cart to the beach access directly at the end of the entrance road. The golf cart was well worth the extra money paid as you can drive almost anywhere on 30A it was electric, but we never had problems with battery life (at one point we drove upwards of 30 miles in one evening and never got below half charge). Would recommend this house to anyone trying to accomidate 10-12 people .. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The only issue we had was lack of trash cans for outside garbage.(only 1 small can was provided for 2 familys although it was dumped twice weekly). Overall this was one of our favorite vacation spots yet. If you enjoy laid back atmosphere without all the traffic of Destin this area might be for you! We will be back to 30A.

Great time

The house was very clean and ready on time as promised. There was ample space for 9 people. The house was a short walk or faster golf cart ride to the beach. The pool was a block away and well maintained. The beach was a bit crowded during the weekend due to the lack of public beaches in the area. Outside of that the trip was great and the rental agency was prompt and quick to respond to any questions.

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. More than enough room for our family of 8. Walking distance to the beach for adults but younger children may find it difficult. Property management team was easy to reach and responded swiftly. Easy 5 star review 👍🏾

Perfect everything!

This property was wonderful from start to finish. It was a great location and easy to access the beach. We were even able to enjoy the pool, which was super close to the house, as well. I would absolutely come back to this property and recommend it to others!

NOT AS ADVERTISED

Two hours before check in, advised by ITrip property manager—the stove DOES NOT WORK. 15 hours, and 1000 miles away to this vacation property, and walked into a broken contract. Once on the property, we find that the air conditioning unit does not work in the main living space. A call immediately to the property manager resulted in no satisfaction. The next day, informed the air conditioner cannot be fixed. Every other day, we are informed the air conditioner unit cannot be fixed. How can anyone do business with this property manager, or this property? You will most likely need a lawyer.

Newer house about 2 minutes from the beach by foot. The golf cart was a huge plus. Gas stove for cooking was also a big plus. Already want to book again!

You’ll love this house!

We just had the pleasure of staying at Seas the Day. My family and I had a wonderful time. The community that the house resides is full of charming beach houses. There is also a great community pool right around the corner from the house. We brought bikes and the kids had a blast riding to the beach and around the neighborhood. Speaking of the beach, it is so close to the house! It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the house. I also noticed that the public beach access nearest to the house is much less crowded than other areas of 30A. We were always able to get a parking spot (if we drove) and there was plenty of space at the beach. And now about the house, it had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen came equipped with tons of pots, pans, and all sorts of other items. The house was beautifully decorated and my kids LOVED the bunk room! There was plenty of space for my family. This house is also great if you have any elderly members along for the trip. My parents came and we picked this house because there were no steps to enter the house and a master bedroom on the first floor. There are also two outdoor seating areas. We enjoyed many afternoon and nights sitting outside and enjoying the views. I cannot recommend this house enough. You will surely enjoy your time at Seas the Day!

Fantastic visit

The house is new, clean and well appointed. They thought of everything. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms. The only thing I will say is the TV service could include CBS network for sports. We had trouble watching our favorite football team and ended up watching on our phones. But all in all we had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again.

Family Retreat

Our group was all adults over 60. House was wonderful, spacious and very near the beach. Golfcart was essential and fun. Pool was well equipped , quiet, and easy to access. Service from management company was very responsive and special kudos to Chris who was knowledgeable and cordial.

Great family vaca!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seas The Day. The home was very clean upon our arrival, and stocked with all the necessities to see us through our first grocery trip. There were plenty of towels/washcloths. The kids loved the bunkroom and I loved that there’s a master suite on the first and 2nd floor- perfect for my mother in law to stay on the first floor since she can’t climb stairs. The kitchen is gorgeous! We loved how light and airy everything in the house felt. The outdoor shower was a huge help coming from the beach! Both times we swam in the community pool we were the only ones there. We loved the golf cart and used it each day of our trip!! The upstairs balcony was perfect for our teens late night hangout spot. The Roku TV’s worked well and all had Netflix and Disney plus available. The WiFi was fast with no issues. The upstairs shower was HUGE and I wanted to stick it in my bag and bring it home me! There was a flush issue with one toilet the day we arrived but we texted maintenance and they arrived promptly and addressed the issue! Worked perfectly after. The only items we felt would be helpful to add would be a kitchen blender and some grilling utensils for the grill. We loved being able to grill out. We are so very impressed with this home and will definitely use ITrip directly when we visit the area again!!

Seas The Day 30A

The home was beautiful, and the location was perfect. It was nice having access to a golf cart and community pool, and being so close to the beach. However, the housecleaning prior to arrival was very disappointing. Not only were all our feet completely black from the floors, but my infant that was crawling on the ground had black hands and feet. I even attempted to swifter the floors the next morning, but a decent mop or floor steamer actually needs to be used. There were wrappers from previous renters found on the floor, black foot print on the wall next to the TV in the living room, balls of hair were found throughout the main floor, baseboards were dusty and the wood around the mattresses in the room with the bunk beds were extremely dusty. Considering the current pandemic I would have expected cleaner floors, although I do understand there will be some sand/dust given the beach location. Based on the cleaning fee charged, I would expect a better job done between renters. I would love to return to this property only if I knew the cleaning service was improved.
