Beautiful home with easy access to the pool, the beach, Publix, and so many restaurants. It was perfect for my 4 young children. We had space to spread out and enjoyed the pool and the golf cart that came with the house. Our first day the AC was out upstairs in late July. The property management company was responsive and helpful so it was a minor hiccup. We would go back to this rental.

Beautiful beach home

The beach house was very nice, comfty and plenty of space for our family of 7. Very close to beach access and enjoyed the golf cart a d bikes. Highly recommend.

Excellent location

Overall house was clean. Little short on seating for our whole family and the upstairs sitting room TV did not work. We arrived about 45 minutes early and called to see if we could get a check in and they told us no we had to wait until 3:45. When we arrived the bikes we’re all on the shed and the shed was wide open bikes were low on air. Luckily, we had a nice gentleman put some air in them for us.. one of the bikes chains have ud dole problems. Appeared that the front porch and back porch were not cleaned off and we’re full of pollen. We inquired on this as well as a beer can and a pair of socks on the front steps. We spoke to the property management and they were gonna come and clean it up and pick up the socks and the beer can, this never happened. Couple of the golf cart tires looked to have been a bit worn. Overall nice place we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break

When we arrived, we decided to grill out. The grill did not work, and we had to go to the pool to cook. Someone did come and fix the grill the next day. The golf cart died on us in the middle of Nature Walk and had to be towed. The charge on the dashboard read 50%. When we called in, the lady told us that you can’t go by that. Most people will look at that and think that there is plenty of charge.That would have been nice to know ahead of time.The girl who picked up the golf cart was rude. On our final day, the WiFi went out for the entire day- the first day of March Madness. Finally, the house needs more kitchen and grilling utensils. We were trying to make do with what was there, but there was not even a spatula.

Great house

It was a great home to stay at for spring break! The house itself was clean but it would have been nice if the front porch chairs had been wiped off and the floor cleaned - quite dirty with the pollen and dust. Other than that it was really a nice home in every way to spend the week!

Absolutely Perfect!

The home was perfect for our 30a stay. The neighborhood, Nature Walk, is beautiful and quaint. The walk to the beach may have been too much, but with the included golf cart, getting to the public beach access was a beeeze. The furnishings were just what you would want in a beach house. Bedrooms were perfect for our family. We did not cook more than breakfast in the house, but the kitchen appeared to have everything one would need to cook a large meal. The bikes were also a nice addition, however upon our arrival. One bike has a chain that kept falling off. Rendering it unusable. But the other three bikes were wonderful. Outlets in the junior master bathroom and the master bathroom upstairs did not work, but there were multiple others in the actual rooms that did. We will definitely return. did.

Great time and great house

The house was spacious and beautiful. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, a welcome break from the chaos of downtown Seaside. We would recommend the area, beaches, and the house to anyone. It was convenient to Publix, and the golf cart made getting around a breeze. We only used our car when we went to Destin for the day.

So close to bike trails and beach

The house was very clean and well maintained. It was in such a great location as it was so close to the bike trails, shopping and the beach. We had plenty of space to spread out. Having the golf cart and bikes readily available was so convenient.

Relaxed

We have always stayed at beachside condos on past trips. However this trip was much more relaxing, off the beaten path which made it fantastic for us. The golf cart and bicycles made travel to beach and restaurants very convenient and fun. The house has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also large gathering areas. I would certainly book Sea Blessing again for our family.

Great Spring Break

We had a wonderful week. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the week. The heated pool in the complex was great! Kids could swim on the cooler days. We stayed with three kids and grandparents and there was plenty of space to be together, or get a little personal time. The nature preserve nearby had beautiful walking trails. This was a great spot.

the property is awesome! I would only recommend they either provide more soaps, shampoos or tell guest ( 7 nights) that you need to bring your own. I provide it at my rental so I always assume other do. But that was not a deal breaker! It was awesome!!

Fabulous vacation home - close enough to the beach for daily exercise, Seaside, Publix and restaurants. But, far enough away for family time and to decompress. Will stay again!

Highly recommend.

The house is lovely and clearly professionally managed to a very high standard. We were 2 families with 4 children ranging from 4 -14. Everyone had plenty of space, 2 lovely screened porches at the front of the house, and a convenient mud room type porch at the back. The teens had their own comfy hangout lounge with a tv upstairs. Well appointed kitchen, with 2 coffee makers including a keurig. Great bathrooms, all spotlessly clean. The management company called before we checked in to make contact and let us know the limited hours over the new year and how to reach the on call service if needed (we did not need to). The house is around the corner from the community pool, and close to all the hiking paths. It was a perfect location for us, away from all the business & congestion of Seaside but close enough for us to enjoy those amenities when we wanted to. We’ll be back!

Amazing week...even with the beginning of Covid-19

This house is exactly as presented and just perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and also full of families at the same time. The property manager was quick to respond and delightful to work with. Our Spring Break week was the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis, but this area still provided a great escape. We will definitely look for this house if returning to the area!
