Westwinds is an amazing property. Family has stayed in multiple units. This layout was perfect for teens, big enough to spread out. Views are incredible. Golf cart was worth it for late night rides to ice cream and neighborhood adventures.

The property was great plenty of room for four adults and 3 kiddos. The only two things that stood out as a negative, the mattress in the king size room the mattress was lumpy and needs replacing, instructions for the TV would be good. The managers did not get back with me in time for an early check in.. saying we could but it was to late when they did for us to check in early..

Property was well maintained and clean. Furniture was also clean and fairly new as well. Bathrooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Need a little better way to block the morning sun into the bedrooms. The view was nice but couldnt see the area where the condos chairs would be set up due to a roof covering the view from the floor below. Really cant do anything about that. But overall the view to the Gulf and the rest of the beach was very nice.Only negative was the water kept turning off due to a faulty singnal being sent that there was a leak somewhere. Halo said the hot water tank was sending the signal.Would definitely recommend others to rent and stay at this property. Management was very responsive anytime i sent a text.

A Perfect Stay during our Vacay!

We had an amazing time at this spacious and beautifully decorated condo! Everything was spotless, the furniture was comfortable, and the beds made for a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the 6-seater golf cart, which made exploring the area super fun and easy. The amenities were top-notch, with an awesome pool, relaxing hot tub, and convenient, easy access to the beach. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any needs. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to return next year! Highly recommend!

July 2024 Trip

We loved the room and space. View was great from the 17th floor. Kitchen had plenty of cooking items and the large pantry was great for snacks/chips/drinks etc. Had a few dislikes but could be simple fixes. Ice maker never worked the whole trip. Master bath needs walk in shower and taller toilet. Golf cart ran great but needs repaint it looked nothing like picture posted. Overall nice place to stay with plenty of space.

Beautiful and Convenient!

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Destin. The condo is located in a perfect area and the only pool around with a restaurant and bar. The golf cart rides were really the cherry on top. Being able to take the family to dinner and to shops without having to get in the car was more than convenient. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay! Our favorite part was all of the activities for the kids and easy access to the beach. The beds were also very comfortable. The codes given to us for the parking deck and hotel/beach entry were incorrect so that took a little while to figure out. We besides that we had a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful View

This condo was the perfect place for us to spend a month in! The decor is very up to date, nicely furnished with very good mattresses. It was very clean upon our arrival and the management team was a dream to work with, especially Latoya. The unit comes with a 6-seat golf cart which we didn’t use (too cold and windy) but it look like a nice ride. The whole Westwinds facility is very well done, with a large heated pool (wonderful in January!), a fenced-in kiddie pool area, plenty of chairs and a good boardwalk onto the beach. We are already planning another trip for next year, hoping to be back in Westwinds working through Beyond Blue Vacations!

Fantastic beachfront spot with amazing views

Condo was adorable, clean and had amazing views. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking and staying in for meals. It would've been nice to have beach towels, a cooler and 4 beach chairs as well as a place to leave luggage on travel days when waiting for access to unit. We enjoyed our stay and would defin3intely consider coming back again.

Golf cart fun condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Needed more silverware and pans WITH LIDS. There was no 9x13 pan which is a must. There were also NO hotpads to pull things out of the oven. Other than these minor things it was a GREAT stay. Close to many great restaurants and stores and an awesome 6 seater golf cart.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND LOCATION

My wife and I took our 3 and 1 year olds here for a early spring getaway. The condo is well decorated, has a great layout and comes with everything that you would need for the kitchen. The view from the 17th floor is amazing, and our kids loved driving to the Wharf in the golf cart. We highly recommend the Westwinds at Sundestin and would rent this condo again for sure.

Wonderful property

We had a great week. The condo was beautiful and has a great layout for a family. Only problems were the gate/door codes given did not work. Another guest had to help us get in. Also, the dishwasher did not work all week. We called to have it fixed but when maintenance came, they did not have the part to fix it. We still had a fabulous time at this property regardless of the minor issues mentioned above.

Comfortable Stay, Great Location

The condo was comfortable and well decorated with great views. The availability of the golf cart made our stay even better. We did have a few hiccups: we were given an incorrect gate code for check-in and no one answered when we called to get a correct code. We left a message and no one called us back. We had to park illegally and walk around until we found someone who was willing to tell us the code. The dishwasher was not properly installed and therefore didn't work. After a call to maintenance, we were told that someone would be there that day to repair it and no one ever showed up. Neither of these issues ruined our stay, though, and we would actually stay in this exact same unit again if given the chance.
