5 Stars – Our Favorite Baytowne Condo Yet!

This was our fourth time staying in Baytowne, and this condo was by far our favorite! It was much more spacious than the pictures made it seem, which was a great surprise. The wraparound balcony was one of our favorite features—we loved sitting out there in the mornings with breakfast and coffee, and in the evenings listening to the live music from Baytowne. Watching the fireworks and drone show from the balcony was a major plus—no crowds, just a relaxing evening with our family.The location of this condo puts you right in the middle of all the activity, which is exactly what we wanted. We loved being able to walk right out to restaurants, shops, the arcade, and of course, nightly ice cream runs. My son absolutely loved it!The condo itself was very clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were surprisingly spacious. We also enjoyed going to the pool every day after the beach—it was the perfect way to wind down. My husband especially appreciated having access to the fitness center during our stay.Overall, this condo was perfect in every way, and it made for an amazing vacation. We’ll definitely be back and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

This property was exactly what we wanted. Our 3rd stay in Baytowne Wharf and this has been the best unit so far. The location was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks and light show right from our balcony. We had a little issue with a toilet but the management company handled it very promptly. Definitely would stay again.

Great Location at Baytowne

Overall enjoyed our stay. A small hiccup (our fault) at check in was resolved very promptly. The location is great for families. Plenty of activities at Baytowne and its proximity to a beach. One negative. Some of the reviews mentioned the beds were not the best. That’s true. The beds were pretty bad. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review.

So much fun!!

We had a blast. The property was exactly as listed, everything was nice and clean. The location was even better than expected. There was always something to do from swimming to dining to live entertainment. The tram was convenient and easy to navigate. We would stay again for sure.

The view

Overall great visit! We did not want to leave! The view is great, but the trees do block the stage of a view. You still have a nice view of sidewalk town and can see fireworks perfectly! The pool is a little walk away but my kids didn’t mind. Also the music from town is very loud starts early like 8-9am and goes late 10pm, again we didn’t mind. I would definitely book here again we had an amazing time as always at Baytowne:-)

Not advisable to stay here!

I rented the condo to have a balcony to be able to sit and watch my family at Baytowne. Day before arrival was advised the balcony was not accessible for entire time of stay. Door codes provided were wrong and Saturday so no one available to advise correct code The AC snelled like dead fish. They knew because they had a car deodorizer pinned to vent Washer broken. Dryer dud nit dry Worst of all was the mold!!! You can smell it. Mildewed bedding. Daughter had a severe allergic reaction ending up in hospital fue to mold exposure This place is toxic!

Gem in a great area.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. A little tired in the kitchen area. Cooking supplies should be updated. Had to make a few maintenance calls. But overall very quiet and comfy place - close to everything.

Great location, but below average Property Mgmt

For our 1st time in Sandestin, this property is a good location to get anywhere. The Villages at Baytowne had something entertaining every night for the kids to do. The only downside is the communication with the property management team and the dryer appliance didn’t work well. Beyond Blue’s hospitality app was not easy to navigate and they kept changing the phone number to contact for any questions and for check-in and check-out. Rooms were fairly clean except for the carpeting. The dryer heating element was pretty much shot, so we had to air dry our swimsuits and towels nightly. Overall, we’d look at a different location our next stay.

Great location!

Great time and location, balcony overlooks town! Easy check in at 5pm your code will open door. Could be noisy for younger children if trying to sleep in second bedroom and I would suggest the owner invest in some new bed pillows. But overall was a wonderful stay for my family. Beaches are beautiful!

Close to everything!

Spacious 2 bedroom stay that was shared amongst 4 friend that was in the center of Baytown Wharf. My favorite part was the half wrap around patio that overlooked the community. Highly recommend!

The location is a great place to be. The price is right for the location and space of the condo. It is close to everything you need and it is a comfortable place for up to 6 (if 2 per bed). Overall the condo is nice with a few modern updates. Communication with management is quickly responded, which is a huge plus if anything is needed. The only downsides are that there was no bedding for the couch fold out bed, the drier takes a couple of cycles to completely dry your clothes and the biggest was there was not a golf cart as advertised. The golf cart was sold between the time we purchased the stay and when we arrived. You CANNOT rent a golf cart in Sandestin, something we had to find out the hard way. We have been coming here to Sandestin for over 20 years each year. We would stay here again but not until there is a golf cart available with the condo.

-Great location next to Baytowne Wharf. Kids loved the activities the wharf offered. The on site pool is great. Unfortunately we had lots of trouble accessing the unit on arrival due to inaccurate codes being given to us. The property manager however helped us out in a timely manner and even checked on us throughout the week. The condo itself had a musty smell and the carpets were filthy. We loved having a washer/dryer in the room however the dryer needed to be run several times in order to dry even the smallest of loads completely. We would definitely stay at Baytowne Wharf again but would choose a different condo.
