As advertised & great for the price

Clean, updated appliances and bathroom. Access to beach across the street was only a few steps away to a private beach with set-up. Worked great for the kids. Very pet friendly. Very nice furniture.

This is our second year staying at the Beach Retreat. Incredible location with an amazing view! Cool Change was exactly what we were looking for. Nicely equipped, comfy beds and clean.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat unit four-hundred seven. Everything was just as described . It was a blessing to be able to communicate with team at Beach Condos in Destin; they were each helpful and prompt in replying to our inquires. Absolutely ❤love the no hassle check in and out with the keyless entry. We look forward to our future vacations in Destin and highly recommend this rental team. 🌴💙⛵🌊🏖🐬

Great location. Will definitely stay at Beach Retreat again. Sadly this particular unit wasn’t big enough for our family. Our sons are tall teens, and the second bedroom with bunks is just too small to accommodate them. The sliding door is in serious need of repair. Very difficult to open, has a torn screen door. Would also suggest not having cushions on the balcony furniture as they were soaking wet every morning. Enjoyed our stay and will always go back to Destin area.

Spring break 2022

We loved the location and that it was pet friendly!! Great price for a amazing view and super close a access to the beach. The Master bathroom toilet was broken during our stay. No response from property manager via Vrbo app so I had to rig it up myself during stay. Master shower is outdated a bit but otherwise really nice clean unit. Would stay again for the price.

Beautiful Beach Views and Great Location

This condo has one of the best views of the beach and is within walking distance of several restaurants. We are a family of 4 and the condo was perfect for our needs. Check-in and check-out was easy. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and issues as they arise, but honestly we had zero issues during our stay. The condo is clean and spacious and has everything you need during your stay. Anything that may not be available is clearly listed in the documents. We loved having the two beach chairs and umbrella included with the reservation, which we utilized regularly. The men running the beach service were attentive and happy to accommodate requests. Thank you for a great stay. We would stay here again.

Beach Retreat #407

Kitchen was nicely appointed with the exception of the toaster and cutting board which need replaced. Clean towels and linens. The couch, loveseat and pillows were dirty and the cushions so worn down it was uncomfortable to sit on. The curtains had water stains and tears in them. The loveseat on the balcony was torn and dirty and cushions were practically flat. You could feel the springs through the bunk bed mattress and the headboard and ladder were dirty. The toilet seat needs replace it was disgusting and there was urine under the seat. This bldg is very nice. The pool is great and the location awesome. This unit however needs a deep cleaning and some of the furniture replaced.

Great time, great location

We had a wonderful time. This property was in a great location for our family. It was not crazy busy like some vacation spots. There were restaurants , ice cream, and a bit of shopping within walking distance. We had two college students who had no problems attending their online classes with the internet provided. The balcony has a spectacular view and was a perk for morning coffee and class work. Our little furry friends also enjoyed the sun on the balcony. We would highly recommend.
