House was relatively clean, provided lots of bath towels. Noticed lots of chips on paint on corners in walls plus lots of scuff marks on many of the walls in the house and some broken shelve/bedpost. More importantly, If you present the house holds 12 ppl then there should be enough cutlery and glasses to match that. Offerings in wine glasses and cutlery were less than when we looked in the cabinets. It seemed like several of the appliances (ice maker, freezer, garbage disposal) in the kitchen stopped working. These issues were responded quickly by the Management Company. The two bunk areas were much smaller in person versus appearance on the website. The porch could have been cleaner as there was bird poop on one of the outside windows/walls on the porch. Neighbors AC (choking sound) should b fixed and will make outside seating more pleasant. Overall our group would say ‘okay’ which may be an unfair rating since we are comparing it to other places we have stayed at in the area (Watercolor, Seaside). Overall it may be better for families with smaller children. We had old/young adults and teens in this trip.
