Excellent property and we had a wonderful time! The dryer wasn’t working and management shared it was going to be replaced, but not during our stay. The chain broke on one of the bicycles, and they replaced it quickly. Great experience and we would recommend staying! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great house, plenty of room, nice amenities! The dryer was broken (and had been for a while). The mgmt company brought extra towels and offered to launder our clothes but it was more of an inconvenience. There were frustrating issues with golf carts (we had 4 within 1 week). Overall - our week was very nice. Just small inconveniences.

House was relatively clean, provided lots of bath towels. Noticed lots of chips on paint on corners in walls plus lots of scuff marks on many of the walls in the house and some broken shelve/bedpost. More importantly, If you present the house holds 12 ppl then there should be enough cutlery and glasses to match that. Offerings in wine glasses and cutlery were less than when we looked in the cabinets. It seemed like several of the appliances (ice maker, freezer, garbage disposal) in the kitchen stopped working. These issues were responded quickly by the Management Company. The two bunk areas were much smaller in person versus appearance on the website. The porch could have been cleaner as there was bird poop on one of the outside windows/walls on the porch. Neighbors AC (choking sound) should b fixed and will make outside seating more pleasant. Overall our group would say ‘okay’ which may be an unfair rating since we are comparing it to other places we have stayed at in the area (Watercolor, Seaside). Overall it may be better for families with smaller children. We had old/young adults and teens in this trip.

Refrigerator ice maker and filtered water were inoperable upon our arrival, but addressed promptly by Property Mgr. There is a leak from the ceiling of the laundry room, we think from the upstairs bathtub, concerning but did not cause any issues for us. Bikes and golf cart are an absolute necessity, otherwise the beach is MUCH TOO FAR from the house for kids. The foot path from the community to San Juan Ave is in TERRIBLE condition and in dire need of improvement. My wife and I are walkers and looked forward to walking to the beach but were able to do so only one of six days and that walk was a disaster. When it rains, the pathway is a river. Bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen area and main dining table were both a good size for our 11 family members. Pool area was nice and pickle ball courts were a plus.

Nature Walk Stay

The Pros: The home was nice and clean and the check-in process was great. Having a golf cart for this community is a must.The pool was great but wish it was open till 10:00 because it was overrun with kids every night. Pickleball courts were great but details about needing card were left out.Cons:EVERY BED

FILTHY, IN DISREPAIR AND RENTAL COMPANY IS AWFUL

Home is REALLY beat up, inside and out. Exterior of home has mismatched paint, gross rugs on the porches, dining chair cushions are stained/filthy, and home is in desperate need of a deep clean (the sticky dust on the lights over the dining room table are disgusting). The rental management company, BEACH WALK VACATIONS, left only ONE roll of toilet paper in the house (there are four bathrooms in the home) and only one extra trash bag in the kitchen. The fridge water/ice dispenser was broken as well as the ice maker (and had been for over a week). Previous renter left a note saying the fridge was broken when they arrived--BWV denied that this had been reported (which I do not believe). Someone eventually came to the house to "look" at the fridge--it was a teenager who just "called it in." Despite asking for a repair timeframe, we never heard back from BWV. They also never responded to our safety concerns regarding the golf cart (the passenger side mirror will not stay in place and the driver seatbelt locks as you drive, and all the seatbelts are very hard to unlock/dislodge from. The golf cart for this home (orange and white) is very old and beat up--unclear why this home has such a bad cart--you will see much nicer carts (with BWV logo) driving in Nature's Walk. Dryer left black and rust marks on clothes-this had been previously reported to BWV, but they didn't care. I have written BWV many times, never got a response to many of these issues. Rent elsewhere!

Great Family Friendly Place!

We traveled to Santa Rosa Beach for our grandson's wedding. It was wonderful to have three generations under one roof! This house was perfect for that. Each family had their own bathroom and sleeping area. The neighborhood was beautiful and had many places to walk, etc. Having the golfcart and bikes were a bonus. We enjoyed using the pools and were thrilled that the gorgeous beach was so close. I highly recommend this house and location.

Not bad. But…

It’s not a bad house. Pretty average for the area. Biggest complaint about the house is they removed all the locks from all bedrooms and bathrooms. So if you care about privacy, Espically from kids this is annoying. The golf cart is included which is cool, but it doesn’t have a cover so the seats are soaked every time it rains and the seat seem to hold the water for a day or two. The cart is also not the nicest or cleanest, it sits outside all the time so lots of mold spots and dirt. If you can swing it; just rent one from some of the companies around. They’re way nicer, cleaner and your butt won’t be wet from the water sitting inside the seats. Over all not a bad place. I won’t be back to this one due to the distance from the beach and seaside. That’s on me, I didn’t realize that it’s a bit of a hike on foot, cart or car.

Unforgettable vacation!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 8! It was super clean and very well stocked. We loved the location and the included golf cart made our trips to the beach super fun and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

First trip to Seagrove Beach

This rental was perfect for our family! We spent our days on the beach and evenings gathering for meals and card games! The front porch had a beautiful pond for a view! The golf cart and bikes made traveling around so much more enjoyable and convenient. We all hope to come back next year to make more memories at this rental!!!

congested ! houses right on top of one another. Garbage wasn’t picked up . Beach was a car ride away. I liked the area but will choose another location next time . We didn’t use the bikes or the grill . When I opened the garage the grill looked really cheap and I didn’t want to use it .

Great vacation home

Everything about this place is great. From the location to dealing with the rental company. Home was very clean. The subdivision is very quiet. Yet if you want to explore can go into the busy city. We had 3 vehicles and always had a spot close by. Golf cart was great to go to the beach. Publix is located near by. Family of 9 and we still had enough room for everyone.

Amazing Home

The house was beautiful. Well furnished and decorated. Beds were comfortable and plenty of nice bath towels. The kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed the two porches. Super pleasant to spend time relaxing on the exterior couches. The bikes and and golf cart came in handy and we used them daily to get to the beach and into Seaside. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, well maintained and we really enjoyed the pool and pickle board courts. The rental management company was really easy to deal with and they quickly took care of a few minor issues while we were there. The only negative thing to speak of was the pillows were a little hard. Glad we found this rental and were sad when it was time to go. We look forward to renting it again in the future.

Amazing!! Very relaxing!

The house was very clean and spacious for everyone. The kitchen was prepped with everything you would need to cook full meals including a grill for outdoor cooking. The bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels for everyone. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. Grocery stores, restaurants and beaches were all within a mile from the property. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Latitude Adjustment

We had a wondedul stay here. The location was great for our young kids thanks to the multiple pools, playground, basketball and pickle ball courts. Our boys loved riding around on the golf cart provided too! The house was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the knives in the kitchen were sharp. Plenty of cookware. Nice bonus was there was a booster seat in house for our toddler and a sound machine in one of the bedrooms. We had a wonderful stay with perfect weather! We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

Overall we were pleased with this property. The excessive floor mats and rugs indoor and outdoor were an eyesore, but did not affect anything. A broom would be nice so we didn't have to drag out the vacuum to clean up every little mess.

Will be back for sure

Cant wait to come back. Very clean upon arrival wasnt at the house much but when we was there it was very quiet and everyone around us was very courteous. Wasnt able to us hot tub due to the Corona virus. When we needed something during our stay Publix was just around the corner. We even left a mat for people to use at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great spot for a family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Nature Walk. The house was spacious, modern and clean. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 kids. We enjoyed to access to the heated pool and hot tub, the bikes, the playground, and nature trails. The drive to the beach was short and there was plenty of free parking. We had a great time!
