Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving, including a Keurig K-compact coffee maker. NEW LG 49" class 4K Smart LED TV and 2 other flat screen TVs. Beach Set-up (2 chairs and an umbrella) Saves you over $200 for a weekly rental. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Wonderful vacation home.

Everything about this vacation spot was wonderful. The condo is perfect for families looking to relax and enjoy Miramar! Located close to all the restaurants. Also the family loved the pool area! Perfect for young kids.

Love Beach Resort

My family and I loved our stay at beach resort. Nice clean condo with everything we needed! We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Destin!

Spectacular

Room was clean and had everything you can think of in the kitchen. The beach was a short walk and best part no waiting for elevators. Jack was great a host and made sure to check in with us if we needed anything.

Great stay

Always enjoy our stay at Beach Resort- great location, quiet, nice amenities. The condo was extremely clean, well furnished and had a nice beach view. We would certainly return again!

This condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. You can tell the owners take pride in making the stay comfortable for their guest. Quiet room at night with a great pool and short walk to beach. We loved our stay.

Fantastic stay

Super easy check in and terrific location. Property had a huge pool and private beach access was super close. Restaurant all around and shopping. Place was clean and quiet. We love this condo and will definitely stay again.

Great place, great value!

I’ve taken my family to Beach Resort many times and it’s a great place. This unit was one of our best stays. Clean, well supplied, everything you need in the kitchen, easy check in and out. We had a fabulous stay and would book this unit as a first choice next time.

Your own piece of paradise

This condo, by far, has the best pool in the area for kids and families. The condo was clean and spacious, and was pretty well stocked. Good location and the elevator was quick. Jack responded to messages quickly. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

Fantastic condo near the beach

AMAZING POOL! The pool makes this place worth the stay. The condo is nice, updated and clean. Short walk to the beach is the biggest downside, but it's not that bad. Highly recommend this place!

Stay in Destin

The place was amazing. The view, the condo, the pool. Just amazing. Short walk to the beach. My son enjoyed the pool most of all. We spent hours there. Highly recommended.

Great place!

This was a great place for just the two of us but I would also totally bring my kids back. Plenty of space and a fabulous pool. Easy access to the beach. We didn’t have much communication with the hosts because everything was great and easy and we didn’t need to.

Well worth it

We had an excellent stay! Location was great, and it wasn't too crowded this time of year. We especially enjoyed having the chairs/umbrella set up at the beach. It made it much easier with having small children and not having to carry chairs to the beach. The host was prompt in responding to questions and very gracious in our communications. Overall it was a relaxing and quiet stay.

Nice condo! Great location!

The condo was as advertised! It had everything we need for our stay. The unit is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. This unit has nice views from the balcony. The kids absolutely loved the resort style pool! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Best of Memories

We were able to spend a wonderful week with other family members in the same complex. We had a wonderful time. Our place was clean and met all our needs. We would definitely consider renting this place again. Even though the weather was cool, the kids enjoyed a lot of time in the heated pools. We also loved being so close to the ocean. Thank you for your willingness to support our special needs.

The Perfect Place for the Perfect Stay

This property was everything we could've asked for and more. Great location to everything. Minutes to the beach, to restaurants, to shops and more. Jack, the owner, isn't some employee with a corporate company telling you what you want to hear. He's an owner who truly cares about the experience his guests have. Never hesitated to answer any questions we had. We are definitely going to book with Jack again.

Great Spot in Destin

Jack really has a great spot in Destin. His easy and friendly communication is nice too. His place is exactly as pictured and well appointed with all the typical beach needs. The pool is suburb. Large enough to get your own space, if desired. The grounds do give it a nice tropical feel too. Also, you have to love the short walk across the street to the white sandy beaches of Destin, too. My daughters and I loved the spot. We would be grateful for another drop in at Jack's - Beach Resort!

Excellent trip to Miramar Beach

Could not have been more perfect. Beautiful pool area, no other like it in the area. Everything you needed was on hand, you could cook, if you desired. I really liked the size of the unit, it felt very spacious. The beach set up is such a great bonus, too and it wasn't that arduous a walk. The sunrises and sunsets are what give me joy. This beach hasn't changed since 1982, I just block out the development. We will be back. Thank you owners!!!

Nice condo in great resort

This is our 7th stay at Beach Resort, but our first stay in this unit. Beach Resort is a fantastic property with a 5 minute walk to the beach access and a wonderful pool. The condo is in a good location by the stairs so you are close to the sidewalk on your way to the beach or to dinner down the street. The furniture is comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated. I gave it four stars instead of five because there are better condos to stay in at beach resort for the same price. We really missed having a designated parking space under the building, there were no cards or board games, and the unit wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be upon arrival. Note to the owner to inform your cleaner: there were food and wrappers under the sofa, the showers all had some soap scum, the bath mats were quite dirty and in need of washing, there were still someone else’s drinks in the fridge, and there was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot. Overall it’s a very nice condo, but next time we will book one with a parking space included.

Realmente la experiencia fue buena, el apartamento fue todo lo que esperábamos y más. Muy buena limpieza, todas las condiciones para una buena estadía. El único inconveniente fue que el edificio en sí estaba un poco sucio y sobretodo la parte del elevador, tal ves necesitan algún reformas ya que parece un poco viejo.
