Exactly what we had hoped for!

There was plenty of space for our family of 4. It was very clean and the location was wonderful. We loved the pool! Our only complaint is the pool closed pretty early every evening, but that was a small thing. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We had a great 3-night stay! Very convenient access to the beach and plenty of great restaurants very close by! The variety of other activities was nice - basketball goal, pool, nature trail, tennis/pickleball court, bike paths.

Good spot

Very close to the beach. Unit was updated and very clean. If I were to have any complaints - there were 2 things. 1) One of the bikes that was provided - chain starting coming off. I was 30 mins away from the unit 😔 2) the full size bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom not so good. Top bunk had very little room to the bottom bunk - u have to basically crawl into the bottom bunk. Very squeaky and the whole bed needs to be rescrewed? Kinda wobbly. Good enough for the teenagers though Kitchen - bring everything - I think they have S/P but that’s it. But nothing pantry wise. For me it was fine - but I’ve been in other units that at least have a small bottle of oil, sugar, etc Overall a great unit - and location was great- right across the street was beach access.

Nice place for a short getaway

Well appointed place in a great location. The (outdoor) beach closet walls are mildewing and the smell permeated the ground floor. Property manager was responsive but nothing to do on a holiday weekend.

Graduation trip

The property was clean with great access to the beach. We went for our daughters graduation trip and just wanted peace and quiet with time to relax and take in the beach. Everything was great.

Will Return Again

The condo area was nice, close to beach, food & shops. Condo was clean & decorated cute. There is plenty of bed space. Comfort of the mattresses were firm, not how I love them, but good enough for vacation. Close to PCB if you want to eat on the beachfront or do activities. Overall, it was a great experience and we will come back to Cassine Village 108!

Sandy Daze for Spring Break

We enjoyed the location and value of this property. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of space outside of the marked off private areas. Easy bike ride to several towns along 30A. Thanks for having us!

Perfect for small family

The location was so much better than I expected. Getting to the beach on foot was so close and easy! Our family of 3 had the perfect amount of space and it was very comfortable. We'd stay there again!

Perfect Central Location

We came as a girls trip. The location is perfect for the beach, bike rides and food. You can ride or walk either direction for food and entertainment. Panama City and Sandestin are each 30 minutes away for shopping or a different beach area. The neighborhood and neighbors were very kind. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you!

Nice condo for family of 4-8

The outside is not that exciting and no view but the inside was very cute and nice. They had a good amount of dishes & kitchen utensils/appliances. They are super cheap on paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Also the dishwasher soap compartment had not opened on the last run which might explain why I kept pulling out dishes that looked dirty and had to wash a lot of things before I was willing to use them. Overall I felt it was okay, but would be great if they improved what they include(like is it really too much to ask for a salt & pepper shaker?)

Fun Days at Sandy Daze

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful townhome! It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We loved having access to the bikes. This condo has been updated and is different than the pictures. There are full size bunk beds, which was perfect for our 4 kids. Ideas for improvement would be to have a broom or vacuum to sweep up the sand. Even with hosing off our stuff and shoes we still tracked in some sand. Plastic containers for storing food would be nice as well. Other than that we had the best time at your place. We hope to be back soon!!

Great Townhouse

Very quiet area and very close to the beach! Townhouse was clean and no problems getting in. Only thing to note is both bedrooms are on the ground floor and kitchen and living space are upstairs. This was a lot of climbing. Also, one of the rooms has bunk beds instead of two separate beds, which was not ideal for us. Overall, a nice place!

Very nice property and community

Very clean house and neighborhood, well supplied and conveniently located to beach, pool and shops. Restaurants, seafood market and even an urgent care in short walking distance and yet it still felt quiet and private. Property owners were a joy to deal with.

Great place to stay on 30A!!

The condo was a lot closer to the beach than we realized, with very easy access to the beach! The use of the bikes was a definite plus as well. The kitchen is well stocked and didn't need anything. The freezer didn't work the best so we had our ice melt onto the refrigerator below. But this was a minor issue. Overall we had a great time at this location and would recommend it to others!

Fun week!

We enjoyed our week in this villa, the kitchen was very well stocked, we had plenty of towels, etc., the beds were very comfortable, as far as improvements a better broom would be very helpful, we understand that sand is sometimes an issue at the beach but all the floors were sand coated when we arrived, also I spoke with someone from realjoy auto reply about refrigerator although it wasn't an issue for us the second shelf collapsed the first evening when we were unloading groceries I believe it was broken, I also spoke with real joy auto reply about the employee who came to update the cable during the week, he was very understanding and efficient but we had no idea he was coming, no one ever contacted us, we were extremely surprised to find someone in our villa when we came back in the afternoon, it was just a little unsettling, all those things aside we still would recommend this villa the location is ideal, I don't like writing negative reviews just ideas for improvements and we enjoyed ourselves very much! Thanks for sharing with us!

Great Location!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were as listed, but the property wasn’t 100% clean. It looked like the floors hadn’t been swept, especially under the bed. We also ran into an issue with the door code upon arrival and were unable to get in contact with anyone. The door would not unlock with the code provided. Luckily we were able to get in to the property on our own after about 30 minutes. The code never worked until the next day, which left our belongings pretty much open to whoever walked up to the door and pressed the Schlage button. The next morning someone contacted me and asked if I was ever able to get in...that’s not and acceptable response in my opinion. She did however arrange for maintenance to come out and asked if I’d be there. My friends and I waited for 2 hours for someone to show. We left and went to the beach because I mean we were on vacation and didn’t want to have to wait around for someone to show up. After a few hours we left the beach and come back to the property to find that we could no longer get in with the previous code provided. No one ever contacted me to let me know that there was a new code. I had to look in my listing to find it there. I think that’s pretty poor communication. After that was rectified, I’d say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect and is walking distance to the beach. I think communication could be loads better.

Great location! Easy stroll to the beach!

This property could use some updating and deep cleaning. The furniture has stains and the wall and baseboard paint looked dirty. Other than that we were pleased.
