The house was beautiful. Porches,were used often. Fully stocked bath towels. No trash liners or starter toilet paper in any of the 4 bathrooms when we arrived. We had to make trip to Publix, which is nearby. Usually rentals have at a start up of dishsoap, paper towels, toliet paper, trash liners.Very disappointed.Location to the pool was perfect. Quiet location. Code to enter house did not work and after several attempts, we finally reached someone on the phone.I was told that beach towels would be available, they were not. I asked several times what the "transportation fee" was on my bill. I culd never get an answer. Finally I was told it was for bike rentals. The listing clearly states that bikes are included, and it also says there are no hidden fees! We were told the transportation fee is a way to recoup to maintance fee for the bikes and it has to be added somewhere. And there is no way we can NOT declince use of the bikes..they are include. Makes no sense! Three of the four locks were broke, there was no propane tank for the grill and we made 4 phone calls and sent msgs with no respones about no internet and ants.We went to the Beachwalk office and spoke with Trent. He assured us that he would take care of everything. We left with propane tank and bike locks. Had no internet for 3 days (son was working remote for his job) and pest control came 5 days later. Needless to say, house and location perfect, mgt company not so much.
