Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as shown. The pool and hot tub were very warm and clean. The property management company and owner were very responsive when issues arouse. Some minor disappoints were that the shower curtain has rust marks from the hooks. The dishwasher may be need to be replaced as it did not clean the dishes well. Needed to re-wash dishes by hand. The bed skirt was dirty and appeared it wasn't changed for while. The building in general may need more sound barriers between floors. We could hear when someone walked around in the unit above.

The pictures are deceiving makes ya think you are right on the beach . Alot of lil things were broken or wasnt working correctly in the house.

Great listing and location

My first time to Destin was a great experience. It was a girls trip July 2025 and the home was true to listing. Great location walking distance to the beach and many food options. The outlet was less than a mile from our resort. Last night the power went in out in 2 areas of the home however no big issue as it was our last night there. We did call the property who responded next day. That did not deter our experience.

Miramar Vacation

The rental was great. We checked in at 4:15PM. The place was very clean and spacious. It was a little warm but had fans placed throughout and eventually cooled off. My family of 8 fit with enough room. You just have to cross the street to be at the beach and there is chair rentals for the condo paid for! Two chairs and an umbrella everyday of your stay! The parking at Geronimo RV park was very easy, too!

Lovely experience

We overall loved our stay. The location is perfect, the pool and hot tub were nice, the building is quiet and the condo was clean. The bedroom by the front door can be very noisy because that’s where the air condition unit is and it clicks on and off all night. Have a sound machine and that can help. Other than that, my only suggestion is to provide just a few extra necessary items for everyday living such as a second garbage bag and a few more tablets for dishes and toilet paper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would return!

Very nice, clean. Appropriately furnished and well stocked kitchen equipment. No closet in smallest bedroom, and closet in 2nd. bedroom was cluttered and being used for storage. Otherwise great location, close to stores and dining opportunities.

Great place

This place is great. We had 2 adults and 4 kids in here and the space was great. Our only complaint was lack of hooks to hand towels & hats by the door and in bathrooms. Other than that everything was amazing

Fun Vacation and Good House!

The place is beautiful along with an amazing neighborhood, all in a gated area. It was prettier inside than pictures showed. All the amenities & beds were very good. However, the back porch area was small and hard to fit all 14 of us + the grill was completely burnt like there had been a fire. The upstairs was hard to cool, but the downstairs stayed very cool. The biggest complaint is that the condo advertised private beach access, and twice they committed to bringing bands, but on the last day, they said the condo does NOT come w/ beach access, so we had to go to public beach areas each day. Also, there is no extra parking anywhere. I think the ad says, you can park at the pool, but you will get towed if parking there ... which happened to us and that was extremely upsetting. It is impossible to fit more than 4 cars in the drive, but with 14-16 folks, it is hard to only have 4 cars. The host did not seem to respond after hours. Overall, a great location and fun vacation despite a few issues that could've been prevented had the listing been more accurate online about parking, beach access, and outdoor space.

Amazing Property

Condo was very clean and spacious. Loved the location and proximity to the beach. Visited many local shops and restaurants. Property was everything the listing said it would be. Amazing family vacation-can’t wait to return next year.

Fall Break trip

Miramar Beach is fantastic! Ocean was clear & warm, clean beaches, great local restaurants, easy to navigate and lots to do! Condo is in a wonderful location, very clean upon arrival, pool & hot tub were fun for the kids. The only disappointment was one of the bedrooms has the HVAC unit in a closet and was pretty loud for our daughter. The property management company did turn the setting to “quiet” but was still disruptive so moved both kids to the twin beds — may want to keep in mind if you have a light sleeper like us.

Nice Property, Spacious Condo, but Issue with Parking

The condo was excellent. Very spacious and clean. On site and phone customer service was excellent. A repairman was waiting for me at check-in to make sure the cable in the living room was working. The only issue I had was not fully being made aware of the parking situation at booking where only one vehicle was allowed per unit. My family had 3 vehicles. This came across as a bit deceitful. Again, this should have been in clear print upon booking, not after you pay for the condo. But overall, the condo and being across the street from the beach was great. Just my honest opinion.

Family Vacation

Location of Property was good with a very short walk to the beach. We experienced some very loud neighbors upstairs. You can hear them stomping, running or jumping the whole stay and it was very irritating at night. Also washer is very small and dryer takes two cycles to dry. Overall our stay was good.

Would come back

Check in and check out was very smooth. Condo was great! Perfect for our family size and what we needed.. really a complaint but a few things that would help if the doors of the rooms locked, fixed the kitchen faucet and maybe a new set of pillows would be nice but none of these were deal breakers. Other than that everything was great and would come back for sure.

Great beach access, not great condo

We had a very good time on the beach. The condo was close to a very nice beach. Not too crowded and having the chairs and umbrella included with the rental was great. Enjoyed walking to the Surf Hut for frozen drinks each evening. The condo was adequate but not particularly nice. There were some cleanliness issues, the rug needed vacuuming and the master bed head board looked stained. They are serious when they say only starter supplies available; there wasn't enough toilet papaer to last the stay. The Master bedroom didn't have good air conditioning, we had to leave the door open to get cool air. We couldn't get the overhead fan in the master bedroom working. We tried to contact the management over email about that but did not get a response. These problems weren't enough to ruin our good time. Miramar beach is a great destination.
