This was our third year coming to the Fort Pierce area for my son’s college baseball training. Each year was a different house, until now! We’ve already booked next year! The house is super comfortable, the outdoor area is so relaxing. My husband absolutely loved that the heated pool was actually “heated”. We’ve stayed in homes where we paid extra for the pool to be heated and it took the whole stay for it to be slightly warm. And the spa! It was used every morning! . The house has everything you need – in the kitchen, for the beach, and for fun! . The shelves in the Florida room have every appliance that you can imagine. We didn’t have time this year to use the big crab/lobster pot so that’s the first thing on the list when we come back next year.Thank you for opening your home to us! It was a great place to come back to after a day at the field. Oh, and it’s only one block from the beach so you’ll get beautiful sunrises.

Family of 6 traveled in for a baseball tournament, the location was perfect. The house had plenty of room and was very clean. Check in process was easy and had great communication with both the property manager and owner throughout the stay. We enjoyed grilling out and sitting by the pool although the pictures make the pool look bigger it was still a nice space.

This property is beautiful and well kept. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is clean with a lot of necessities. The back yard and pool area are well maintained and great for all ages. The outdoor kitchen area is nice as well. We have stayed twice at this property and there continues to be improvements and upkeep is top notch.

Wonderful place, Tiffany thinks of everything,The hot tub was great with the dip in Fla temperature during our visit. Comfortable, clean and quiet, a very short walk to the beach. We recommend this beautiful house!

The house was perfect for our vacation. Convenient to Ft Pierce and Jensen Beach downtown areas. Mostly we enjoyed the outdoor oasis with the pool, hot tub and grilling area to just relax and the sunsets.

After 20 years of vacation rentals, this one was the most disappointing. It is not a good value. The central A/C is inadequate so they have installed 3 window A/C units. These units are not shown in the add. Only 2 of the window units work. The only bedroom with a king-sized bed does not have a window unit and it is west facing and gets very hot. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small. The bathrooms have very little counter space. Two of the bathrooms are part of utility rooms, one can only be accessed from outside. None of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The add says the house is 3000 sqft, but it seems much smaller than that. The tax roles show it as 2500 sqft and list it as a duplex. That explains the odd lay-out. There is a mystery room that is locked to renters, but has outside access. The pool is very small and shallow. It gets very dirty from debris. Four times in the first two days, the front door handle failed to work and locked us out, so we had to go around to the back door. Maybe not a big deal, but neither of the gates work properly and it is a struggle to get them open. The host said it would be addressed by a locksmith, but we never saw one the entire 8 days we stayed. The neighborhood is borderline, not what I would expect at this price point. I could go on and on. I would not rent this place again.

Enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, a block away from the beach. The home was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and spa. Sarah, the property manager was great. Very personable and thorough in the tour. Both Sarah, and Tiffany, our host were always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Large spacious getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—within walking distance from the sand and close to local shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a full kitchen to beach chairs and towels. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

5 Star Stay

From the moment we were greeted by the property manager and shown all the amenities we knew we had made the right choice. So well appointed we didn’t need to shop for anything except our groceries. The outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub and all the loungers were wonderful. Loved the bathroom next to the putting green, it was super convenient. Everything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach is provided and in great shape as well as pool floaties. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need from breakfast to crab boils. Washer/dryer a definite must on family trips and they worked perfectly. 5/23 - 5/30 so it was hot but the home stayed cool and all bedrooms had fans, a nice bonus. Location is great. Beach was very walkable, restaurants nearby, inlet just down the street if you want to watch the boats. We would definitely come back and will be referring to friends.

What a great property!

I really thought of not doing a review, so I can keep this place a secret!I cannot find fault with it. It is like being at home, where there is everything you need. Even the little things, like new toothbrushes in the package in each bathroom; squeegees in the showers to clean the glass; every amenity in the kitchen, plus extra's! Great comfy beds, doors that don't squeak and close appropriately, TONS of beach chairs (that work and are not old and rusted!), 2 big coolers; beach towels, etc...then of course the back outdoors; barbecue, sink, pool, hot tub and putting green (we are golfers). Beach right across the street...which is free as is the parking if you need a carMy adult kids loved it. We had a great time enjoying the back yard. I mentioned the on first day that I wanted to come back, because of the above and the Ft. Pierce area. Much more quiet town than other more popular places. Never had to wait in line for hours for lunch or dinner. And traffic in the area was never an issue.Tiffany (the owner) and Sarah (the property manager) were both great and very accessible. Sarah even met us there once we arrived to give us a tour. Checkout was easy also.So just don't pass this along please :-)

Great Ft. Pierce, FL experience!

This property served our family (6 adults, 2 teens) very well. We enjoyed the nearby beach, parks and property outdoor spaces. Home is well appointed for larger groups-including pool/beach items-wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Family vacation

Had a storm come through and cause issues with the pool heater and dishwasher. The homeowner and staff were very responsive and able to get the pool heater repaired quickly and also was able to get the dishwasher working in less than 24 hours. Other than that, the house was great, the staff and owner were amazing, and the pool was great. There was easy access to the beach or bay, great beach gear available, and great restaurants on the island.

Clean, roomy, bright, awesome pool and spa with outdoor grill. We set up an obstacle course on the putt putt green and had tournaments. Few blocks to the ocean park entrances. Several beach towels, chairs, wagon included.

Outstanding Hospitality!!! (PS- Heat the pool!)

The host and property manager are both very nice and wonderful to work with. They included many thoughtful amenities like a well stocked kitchen that even included cappuccino and margarita machines, beach towels and chairs, and a bluetooth speaker for the pool area. The location is a very short walk from the beach, pickleball, and river-side park. There are running trails along the river just to the south. We went in January and were very glad we heated the hot tub and pool!

A+++ place!

Super clean and spacious house. Incredibly convenient location. It was perfect for our family, 5 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen appliances, beach gear, everything you can possibly need! Host was so helpful, gave us a tour and explained everything about the home. We felt welcomed!

They have thought of everything!

Our family enjoyed a week + stay recently. This home is perfect for a family beach vacation. Everything was available. Pool and beach equipment; appliances of every kind, ample space to spread out, great internet and TV. We highly recommend this lovely bit of paradise!

Great property

The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, indoor games, DVDs, coolers, and pool toys. We traveled with an 8-and 12-year-old who spent most of their time in the pool. We paid to have it heated and the temps were perfect.
